The combination of the Internet of things technology and agriculture,makes the application of intelligent agricultural system becomes increasingly prevalent in agricultural production.Agricultural robot has become a hot research topic in recent years,which has played an important role in reducing human investment,improving production efficiency and improving production quality.Agricultural intelligent vehicle is a widely used agricultural robot,which can effectively make up the deficiency of the flexibility and maneuverability of the existing intelligent agricultural system,and can improve the precision of the monitoring and management of agricultural production.Agricultural intelligent vehicle is mainly used in the greenhouse,to achieve the designated area of mobile data,monitoring the growth status of crops and diseases and insect pests,etc.However,agricultural greenhouse environment is complex,making the smart car in agriculture intelligent path planning,precise movement control and other aspects difficult to achieve the desired effect,which is the focus of the study.This article embarks from the agricultural greenhouses site requirements,through the optimization design and high precision tracking,intelligent path planning and image monitoring algorithm,implements the multi-function and high-precision control intelligent agricultural vehicle system.Paper work mainly includes the following four points:1、Complete the design and implementation of the intelligent vehicle’ s mechanical structure and electronic control system.2、Based on the study of PID optimization algorithm,achieves high accuracy intelligent vehicle tracking subsystem,improves the accuracy of intelligent vehicle on road tracking.3、According to the realistic condition of agricultural greenhouse,path topology model is established,and put forward the selection strategy of optimal path selection algorithm based on weight,intelligent path planning subsystem,makes the smart car can quickly reach the destination in accordance with the instructions to complete the assigned task.4、In order to monitor real-time status of crop pests,study the key technology of motion image detection,image frame difference method based on pest monitoring subsystem designed and implemented to achieve pest and disease monitoring specific areas and remote alarm.Experimental tests show that the design of intelligent agricultural vehicles are able to achieve high-precision motion control,intelligent planning,and image monitoring,etc.It is a strong complement to the wisdom of agricultural systems,has broad application prospects and the value of the reference design.
