With the development of the scientific research progress, economy, modern city landscape construction began to diversify, composite pursuit of green space of multi-level, multi function. Various environmental problems have become increasingly prominent in the city, so that people are particularly concerned about the ecological function of green plants, how to better play the role of noise reduction green landscape is also one of the hot research topics. The related research of plant noise and more concentrated in the noise reduction effect of different plant species,and for plant community structure, especially the research reported in landscape aesthetics for the structure of green space and the effect of noise reduction design oriented city. This paper takes the city green belt as research object, the influence factors on green constitute noise, with its provided theoretical support for giving full play to comprehensive benefits of green landscape.Through the determination of Tianjin banded green plant configuration mode in the noise reduction effect of plant leaves stage and Mao leaf stage, species composition, plant configuration elements focused on plant community level, the width and the landscape effect and so on and the noise equivalent sound pressure level of the noise reduction effect and 1/3 octave spectrum analysis of the relationship between the noise reduction effect, and then influence the noise reduction effect of selected configuration good and the various factors on the effect of plant noise.Analysis on influence of equivalent sound pressure level of the noise reduction effect of greenbelt leaves period are the main factors of the tree species composition and forest belt width. In the factors of Mao leaf stage effect of equivalent sound pressure level of the noise reduction effect of the green belt is the largest: the level of canopy density, configuration mode and belt width. In the lower three layers of plant, the noise reduction effect of the upper plant more obvious noise, higher efficiency, better noise reduction effect in the upper canopy closure and forest plant width level under the same condition of present. The greatest impact in the ultra low frequency interval correlation factor of plant green belt: plant configuration mode; in the low frequency,low frequency interval correlation maximum impact factors are: composition of plantspecies; in the intermediate frequency, high frequency, high frequency interval correlation maximum impact factor: belt width. Different plant species may exhibit different noise reduction ability in individual special frequency interval, such as most of the green belt, the frequency range of the noise reduction effect in 400- 500 Hz or so will suddenly drop. Among the experimental plots in the plant disposition pattern noise reduction effect is excellent with : Locust- Pinus tabulaeformis- Pomegranate-Grass. Locust- Pinus tabulaeformis- Guangliu- Lily- Grass. Poplar- Willow-Spruce- Grass.
