China is the largest developing country on agriculture in the world.As a populous country,how to effectively solve the food problem is an unavoidable research subject.Heavy pollution industry is mainly resource for economy in Shanxi Province.As for agriculture developing situation on the Loess Plateau,the agricultural production is under the pressure of increasing production and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.Through the research in Brazilian rain forest black soil,it confirm that biomass in photosynthesis will change to the biochar under thanaerobic conditions.And when the biomass recycle to the earth,not only can the soil will be refined but also the biomass are not to be degraded in soil.And they could be kept in soil.This is the function of carbon storage Pool.Wheat in the Loess Plateau soil are used to be the test object,by applying different concentrations in soil of different types of charcoal.As the application of biochemistry and molecular biology method,simulated soil sequestration biochar,the research on the influence ofsoil sealed biochar to enzyme activity in the soil on the Loess Plateau on wheat growth.The variation law between the wheat production and the nutrition in soil should be clear.1.Through the analysis of the dynamic changes of soil enzymes activity,to research the impact of soil applied different kinds of different concentrations of charcoal on soil fertility and crop yields.The experimental data show that after increasing the concentrations of charcoal,the activity of all kinds of enzymes in soil will be increasing and then decreasing.The activity of enzymes in the soil added charcoal will increase.However,the over concentration will decrease.2.After sterilizing,the sample of the soil was added the charcoal blender and three plus enzyme(cellulose enzyme,ALP,PPO).After being mixed with different kinds and concentrations of charcoal,the activity of enzyme in soil will be studied.What we did above can discuss that the mechanism of the enzymes in soil and biochar.Experimental results show that applying charcoal can effectively extend the enzyme activity cycle,which makes the soil enzymes play a better role,in order to enhance soil fertility.3.The soil contains a lot of metal ions.Most of them can be absorbed by crops as a nutrient but the little left can pollute soil.Soil polluted construction is not suitable for crop growth.After the soil ofcharcoal applied,the Potassium,calcium,sodium,zinc,iron and other metal ion activity can effectively increase.And the heavy metal cadmium,copper,manganese pollution can also be reduced.4.Mainly by the root system in the process of growing crops absorbing water and nutrients in the soil.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence on the soil,added different kinds and concentrations of charcoal,to the root growth.The experimental results show: charcoal can increase the adsorption of enzymes and microorganisms.5.Add the wheat grown in the of different kinds of fields,different quality of charcoal,under the condition of the same plant,controlling the growing cycles applying pesticide,fertilizer,irrigation quantity and content,which is in order to get the yield of wheat under different conditions.The experimental results show that the soil on charcoal is beneficial to the growth of wheat and wheat yields have increased significantly.To sum up,in a certain concentration range,applying charcoal is advantageous to enhance to the enzyme activity in the soil and soil fertility,which is beneficial to the growth of wheat.To exert different types,different concentrations of charcoal in the soil can effectively promote the favorable activity of heavy metal ions in soil and effectively reduce the harmful metal ions pollution to the soil.It isproved that soil carbon sequestration on soil enzyme activity,soil fertility and crop growth are all benefits.Soil carbon sequestration,therefore,is to enhance the soil enzyme activity and soil fertility,the effective ways to increase crop yields.The purpose of this paper is to clarify biochip on wheat growth and possible mechanism of the influence of low carbon and sustainable development on agriculture provided the scientific basis.
