Aphis sp., Paratrioza sinica Yang & Li, Aphis gossypii Glover, Clostera anachoreta, Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis, Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff are the common agriculture and forestry pests, have had a severe effect on crop-producing areas and woodland, seriously affected crop production and landscape. To explore the efficacy of several common botanical pesticides, 5.0% rotenone(ME), 1.2% Nicotine matrine(EC) and whatnot was used in this study to determine the bioactivity on Aphis sp., Paratrioza sinica Yang & Li, Aphis gossypii Glover, Clostera anachoreta. Meanwhile, the toxicity of different strains of Beauveria bassiana on Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff and Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis were conducted. Results were as follows: 1. Toxicology of three Botanical Pesticides on Aphis sp..The toxicity of the 5.0% Rotenone(ME), 1.2% Nicotine matrine(EC), 5% Eucalyptol( EC) to the Aphis sp. had a significant difference. The anti-pest effect of 5.0% Rotenone(ME) is the best; 1.2% Nicotine matrine(EC) also had the insecticidal effect, but the insecticidal rate is not high. 2. Toxicology of four Botanical Pesticides on Paratrioza sinica Yang & Li.The study showed that, 3.6% Nicotine matrine(CS), 0.3% Matrine(AS) and 7.5% Rotenone(EC) all had good control effect on Paratrioza sinica Yang & Li, and 0.3 Azadirachtin(EC) had relatively poor control effect on Paratrioza sinica Yang & Li.3. Toxicology of three Botanical Pesticides on Aphis gossypii GloverThe study showed that, 0.6% Matrine(AS),0.6% Matrine(AS)and 1.5% Pyrethrins(EW)all have good control effect on Aphis gossypii Glover. 4. Toxicology of three Botanical Pesticides on Clostera anachoretaThe laboratory bioassay results showed that, 1.5% Pyrethrins(AS),1.2% Nicotine matrine(EC) and 5% Eucalyptol(EC)all have good control effect on Clostera anachoreta with little difference. 5. Toxicology of four different strains of Beauveria bassiana on potosia brevitarsisThe toxicity of the four four different strains Beauveria bassianas on potosia brevitarsis were in the sequence of Bb04>Bb03>Bb01>Bb02. 6. Toxicology of five different strains of Beauveria bassiana on Apocheima cinerariusThe laboratory bioassay results showed that, the toxicity of the five different strains of Beauveria bassianas on Apocheima cinerarius were in the sequence of Bb03>Bb02>Bb01> Bb05>Bb04.
