Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) is one of the most important cereal crops worldwide, serving as thestaple food for 40 % of the human population.Wheat genome information is huge, which has large repetitive DNA and the genetics research of wheat has lagged behind that of the rice and maize. Many agronomic traits of wheat, such as yield, quality, resistance, mostly belong to quantitative traits. The phenotypic value is the result of the interaction between genes and environment. With the development of molecular genetics and genomics research, build molecular genetics map of wheat and use it to map QTL for a gronomic traits and quality traits, and then make clear their positions and effects on the chromosomes in order to fine mapping further. In this study,we use six RIL population and have public parent Yanzhan 1 nested association mapping population investigation agronomic traits, and the two of 6 RILs population for QTL mapping. The conclusions are as follows:(1) We were carried out six RIL population in heading day, flowering day, spike length, spikelet number per panicle, spikelet density, plant height, spike number per plant, yield per plant, plant biomass, 1000 grain weight, basal sterile spikelet number, grain number per spike and other 12 agronomic traits in three years and five points(CY29 were not investigated in part of the environment s about agro nomic traits)The heading and flowering period, other parents are later than the parent Yanzhan 1 and traits in group coefficient and kurtosis coefficients were less than 1, to conform to normal distribution and under multiple environmental group has super Pro separation, indicating that shape lamp control genes randomly distributed on the chromosomes of the parents.(2) The NO.1 YZ and Yunnan wheat, NO.1 YZand HUSSAR RILs population and Illumina 90 K chip technology to construct the two high density genetic linkage map of the Yunnan wheat / NO.1 YZconstruct containing 1416 SNP markers covering the length of chromosome 3663.24 cM, the average genetic distance between markers was 2.59 cM. NO.1 YZ /HUSSAR group contains a genetic linkage map of 1062 sites and sites between the average distance for 2.67 cM, covering a total of 19 chromosomes, 3D and 4D no linkage groups.(3) Using the field data to construct high density genetic linkage map and three years four point five environments mean values of phenotypic data in the field using the complete composite interval mapping method(ICIM), NO.1 YZ / Yunnan wheat population all 21 putative QTL and growth period related QTL locus were found in the QHD-SDAU-4A two environment can be detected, and the heading and flowering stage the site is consistent; there are 72 and the yield of QTL related sites, totaling 6 in more than two sites of QTL environment can repeat the test, and detected 8 different traits were mapped to the same site; Yanzhan 1 /HUSSAR in the environment were detected in 47 agronomic traits QTL, but not detected in repetitive Q TL.
