In this article,use Mengpi 1,Mengpi 3,Ganpi 4 and Kenpi 7 as experimental materials,set 0,90,180,270kg·hm-2 four nitrogen levels(in turn,annotation for CK,NL,NM,NH)and three sowing dates(in turn,annotation for B1,B2,B3).Study Tongliao spring barley in different nitrogen levels and different sowing dates,the correlation between grain protein accumulation amount and leaf,stem free amino acid accumulation amount,the correlation between grain protein accumulation amount and leaf,stem protein accumulation amount.The results showed that :1.With growing development process,after flower four varieties of barley showed leaf,stem and grain free amino acid content increased at first and then decreased.With the increase of nitrogen levels,four varieties of barley showed leaf,stem and grain free amino acid content gradually increased tendency,in the 270kg·hm-2 nitrogen level reached peak,Mengpi 1,Mengpi3,Ganpi 4 and Kenpi 7 leaf maximum value respectively 137.08%,157.32%,151.02%,160.64% higher than the contrast,stem maximum value respectively 114.61%,114.23%,116.11%,154.96% higher than the contrast,grain maximum value respectively 114.61%,114.23%,116.11%,154.96% higher than the contrast.2.With growing development process,after flower four varieties of barley showed leaf and stem protein content gradually decrease tendency,grain protein content decreased at first and then increased.With the increase of nitrogen levels,four varieties of barley showed leaf,stem and grain protein content increased at first and then decreased,in the 180kg·hm-2 nitrogen level reached peak,Mengpi 1,Mengpi 3,Ganpi 4 and Kenpi 7 leaf maximum value respectively15.03%,15.10%,25.88%,26.61% higher than the contrast,stem maximum value respectively18.46%,15.49%,14.90%,20.10% higher than the contrast,grain maximum value respectively16.35%,15.78%,13.82%,12.88% higher than the contrast.3.With growing development process,after flower four varieties of barley showed leaf,stem and grain free amino acid accumulation amount increased at first and then decreased.With the increase of nitrogen levels,four varieties of barley showed leaf,stem and grain free amino acid accumulation amount gradually increased tendency,in the 270kg·hm-2 nitrogen level reached peak,Mengpi1,Mengpi 3,Ganpi 4 and Kenpi 7 leaf maximum value respectively139.71%,172.50%,232.95%,342.86% higher than the contrast,stem maximum value respectively131.46%,141.78%,185.33%,178.12% higher than the contrast,grain maximum valuerespectively 91.13%,113.68%,74.10%,90.48% higher than the contrast.4.With growing development process,after flower four varieties of barley showed leaf and stem protein accumulation amount gradually decreased tendency,grain protein gradually increased tendency.With the increase of nitrogen levels,four varieties of barley showed leaf,stem and grain protein accumulation amount increased at first and then decrease,in the 180kg·hm-2 nitrogen level reached peak,Mengpi 1,Mengpi 3,Ganpi 4 and Kenpi 7 leaf maximum value respectively35.91%,37.97%,160.78%,71.12% higher than the contrast,stem maximum value respectively43.53%,33.84%,47.70%,53.41% higher than the contrast,grain maximum value respectively23.92%,31.56%,34.06%,26.23% higher than the contrast.5.The correlation between grain protein accumulation amount and leaf free amino acid accumulation amount reached greatly significance level.The correlation between grain protein accumulation amount and stem free amino acid accumulation amount reached greatly significance level.The correlation between grain protein accumulation amount and leaf protein accumulation amount reached greatly significance level.The correlation between Mengpi 3 grain protein accumulation amount and stem protein accumulation amount reached significance level,the other three varieties reached greatly significance level.6.Using Richards equation described barley grain protein accumulation character.Through path analysis,the principal factor influence to barley grain protein accumulation amount was the maximum accumulative rate,then the time to the maximum accumulative rate.Meanwhile,the middle stage average protein accumulative rate and the early stage average protein accumulative rate,also had a big influence on grain protein accumulation amount.
