Understanding the spatial and temporal distribution of crop evapotranspiration and irrigation water quantity is the scientific basis for the formulation of irrigation water quota in different regions. Based on the 2013 2014, field experiment and meteorological station data, the farmland water balance formula and Penman-Monteith formula, analysis of drip irrigation corn test area actual crop evapotranspiration ?ETc? and the reference crop evapotranspiration ?ET0? in the variation of different growth stages; to determine the test area under sufficient irrigation under mulch drip irrigation the corn crop coefficient by field experiment and meteorological data, ?Kc?; using corn crop coefficient formula and the data of 11 meteorological stations in the entire city of Chifeng, ET0, calculate ETc in Chifeng city; Chifeng city is calculated in different rainfall years drip irrigation corn irrigation water using a water balance formula of farmland, using spatial interpolation method to analyze the spatial distribution the situation and recommend the reasonable irrigation system. The main results are as follows:1 The farmland water balance formula,2013 and 2014 and drip irrigation under mulch maize evapotranspiration ?ETc? were calculated, the 2013 test area at present small seedling, jointing, heading and maturity of the rules, the jointing stage is the demand of corn water peak. In 2014 the whole growth period showed middle ?filling stage?, stage ?seedling? and late stage ?stage? of the. During the growth period of 2 years, the water consumption intensity of maize growing period was the growth period, the early stage and the later stage, the jointing stage and filling stage were the 2 peak periods of maize.2 Using the Penman-Monteith formula and the weather station data in the test area, the FAO formula was used to calculate the ET0 of Maize in the whole growth period of 2013 and 2014, respectively.3 The test area in 2013 and 2014 meteorological data and field test data, the penman Monteith formula and the farmland water balance formula, according to the full irrigation condition of Kc calculation method calculated under mulch drip irrigation in maize Kc. Through the analysis found that 2 years of drip irrigation corn Kc Shuangfeng showed obvious trend in the whole growth period, Shuangfeng where the period of jointing stage and filling stage, and reached the lowest at the seedling stage.4 According to 11 site meteorological data, the penman Monteith formula, calculation, Chifeng City, different areas under mulch drip irrigation in maize growth period ET0 2013 years 43.52 to 562.93mm,2014 years 464.77 to 573.12mm; use, Chifeng City, different areas ET0 data and Kc formula, calculate the Chifeng City and drip irrigation under mulch maize evapotranspiration ?ETc?,2013 growth period of corn evapotranspiration ?ETc? 387.33 to 501.01mm,2014 year 399.70 to 492.88mm.5 Chifeng City in different regions under mulch drip irrigation during growing period of Maize in irrigation amount is calculated through the farmland water balance formula, in 2013 the partitions with different irrigation amount between 97.51?206.32mm,2014 different regional irrigation amount between?161.71 226.93mm.6 In this study, the spatial distribution of evapotranspiration and irrigation water volume of plastic mulch drip irrigation corn crop in Chifeng city was discussed, and the development of Chifeng city water saving agriculture and scientific adjustment of agricultural structure was put forward. Maize seedling irrigation 18mm, other periods are 30mm. The recommended value of 168-228mm drought irrigation quota, full irrigation 6-8 times; water level 138-168mm, full irrigation 4-6 times; wet year 48-108mm, full irrigation 2-4.
