The aim of this experiment was conducted to study the effects of plasma protein added in the diet of different levels on the changes in production performance utrient digestibility blood biochemical index and immune protein etc of weaning piglets. To choose day age (12±2 d), weight (3±0.05 kg), in good health "Duroc* landrace* Lu" three varieties hybrids not weaned piglets 12 litter, an average of 10 pigs per nest,120 pigs in total. In accordance with the principle of random is divided into four groups, each group of three repeat, every repeat 10 pigs. Designs and manufactures four kinds of feed, four kinds of feed formula nutrition standards are the same. Four kinds of feed source of animal protein were 3.5% SDPP,5% SDPP,6.5% SDPP and 5% fish meal, corresponding experimental group one and group two, group three and controls group. The first two weeks of experiment is the piglets 12?25age of days, at this stage the piglet diet is given priority to eat mother's milk, appropriate complementary feeding. The second two weeks of experiment is the piglets 26? 39age of days, this phase is a piglet early weaning, as a group as the unit respectively fed four different feed. Do well test data record in the process, and test the final phase of the blood collection, adopt dung. Measurement indicators are: ?production performance indexes such as the average daily feed intake, average daily gain, feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate. ? the crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus, energy and other digestive rate. ?urea nitrogen (BUN), total cholesterol (TC), fasting blood glucose (GLU), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), albumin globulin ratio (A/G) on serum biochemical indexes. (4) IgA, IgM and IgG, C3, C4 and ALP, ALT, GOT, ALT/GOT immune index and serum enzyme activity index. The test results(1) About production performance the average daily feed intake group, 3.5%SDPP?5% SDPP and 6.5% SDPP group than the control group respectively increased by 1.39%?50.03% and 28.86%;The average daily gain are 120.84g?198.55g and 168.72g compared with the control group increased by 7.43%,76.52% and 50% respectively;Feed conversion ratio was reduced by 5.63%,15% and 14.10% respectively; Diarrhea rate was reduced by 73.32%, 91.56% and 59.26% respectively;(2)Nutrient digestibility indicators aspect,3.5% SDPP group compared with control group crude protein was increased by 3.72%, crude ash was increased by 5.00%, crude fiber was increased by 32.99%, calcium was increased by 27.20%, phosphorus increased 2.56%, fat was increased by 4.76%, the energy was increased by 0.26%.5% SDPP group compared with control group, crude protein increased by 11.49%, crude ash was increased by 25.74%, crude fiber was increased by 71.79%, calcium was increased by 31.77% and phosphorus was increased by 14.06%, fat was increased by 17.81% and energy was increased by 4.46%.6.5% SDPP group compared with control group crude protein was increased by 7.24%, crude ash was increased by 10.25%, crude fiber was increased by 61.48%, calcium was increased by 19.63%,phosphorus was increased by 0.96%, fat was increased by 6.98%, the energy increases by 0.56%.(3)Serum globulin, total protein and fasting blood glucose levels three experimental group were higher than the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Three experimental group of albumin, albumin globulin ratio are lower than the control group, and extremely significant difference (P<0.01). Urea nitrogen in 3.5% SDPP group 8.73% lower than the control group, not significant difference (P>0.05),5%SDPP group 36.97% lower than the control group and significant difference,6.5% SDPP group 22.25% lower than the control group, not significant difference (P>0.05). Cholesterol, while experimental group all lower than the control group, and the differences were not significant (P>0.05).(4) In serum IgG, IgM and IgA content slightly increased than the control group and no significant difference(P>0.05), except the group three difference is significant(P<0.05).The content of immunoglobulin has certain positive correlation with plasma protein powder dosage. Experimental group C3 and C4 content is higher compared with control group but difference is not significant(P >0.05).(5) Related enzyme activity aspects 3.5% SDPP group,5% SDPP group and 6.5% SDPP group compared with control group ALT activity increased by 124.58%,128.66% and 69.44%, difference were significant respectively (P> 0.05), ALP activity increased by 59.86%,76.96% and 46.42% respectively, and all extremely significant difference (P< 0.01). ALT/GOT the experimental group is higher compared with control group. GOT activity in the experimental group one, group two and group three are all a little bit higher than the control group, but all have no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion?Plasma protein can effectively improve piglet feed intake, weight gain, lower feed conversion ratio and reduce the occurrence of diarrhea, improve the production performance of piglets. It can effectively increase the digestibility of nutrients and conducive to the growth and development of piglets,it can enhance nitrogen deposition reduce the decomposition of preiein and fat metabolism to improve weight gain. Plasma protein can improve the activity of alkaline phosphatase and the activity of transaminase, is conducive to the growth and development of bone and joint deamination to increase weight gain.It can improve the body's immune ability, reduce stress reaction and good for the growth of the piglets, improve the economic benefit.
