Panax notoginseng is not only a kind of precious traditional Chinese medical material,but an important product in Yunnan medical industrialism.Its planting income and processing products is 40%in the whole province.While there is no machine that could make mechanization come true of Panax notoginseng.If there are machines to take place of labor,thus it can not only improve the production efficiency,reduce operation cost,reduce the labor intensity of farmers,and also improve quality,reduce the yield loss,improve the benefit of Panax notoginseng production,land productivity and resource utilization through timely operation,therefore,this research had theoretical significance and practical application value.This topic derived from Yunnan province science and technology agency:Project of studying key equipments of Panax notoginseng agricultural processing mechanization.Based on agricultural planting demand of Panax notoginseng,it aimed at achieving planting model,harvesting three-years plant and ensuring a scientific and reasonable way of harvesting.A machine which brought together these function of digging,elevating,taking off soil and collecting was got from designing accessories of computer aided,assembly modeling,simulation analysis,and then,in order to further study and make the prototype machine of Panax notoginseng harvester,analysis for parameter optimization must be proceeded.Specific study contents were summarized as following:(1)Through spot investigation of planting bases in Wenshan,Shilin and Qujing,further study of landform and agricultural planting demand were achieved,at the same time,ensuring the agricultural conditions of Panax notoginseng harvesting,thus it provided basic data for theoretical study and manufacturing prototype machine.(2)Based on special agricultural planting demand,a small self-propelled Panax notoginseng harvesting machine was made,which had two half border check with exploring the difficulty of rod network forest in Panax notoginseng harvesting.The machine walked in furrows,working out the technical difficulties of grinding Panax notoginseng and Panax notoginseng damage.Harvester's key accessories were theoretical analyzed,such as shovel digestion theory of its digging spade,moving mechanism of vibrating separation device and vibrating collecting boxes.As a result,the mechanical model of the traction which was need when digging spade was moving,the maximum elevating speed,vibrating collecting boxes speed and the function of aceceleration.(3)CATIA three-dimension design software was used to three-dimensional entity modeling and virtual assembly,as long as ADAMS was used to simulate the key accessories for self-propelled Panax notoginseng harvesting machine.(4)The prototype machine was manufactured,studied and did experiments,the relationship between independent variables including elevating speed of elevator,vibration frequency of vibrating screen,tatter soil axis speed and the dependent variables including Panax notoginseng's wind soil rate and collecting rate were studied.It is obtained that the best parameters was elevating speed of 0.8m/s,vibration frequency of 10Hz and tatter soil axis speed of 2.5r/s,meanwhile,the benefits was envalued.
