Based on previous experiment to isolate and screening the rhizosphere soil function single strain at zizaphus of Xinjiang, indicate that each strain had no antagonistic relationship. And then compound to get excellent root growth promoting bacteria to make of composite microbial agents. To study the colonization ability of soil and its effect on soil nutrient and quality of jujube fruit. And the fermentation conditions of each strain were optimized. The results obtained are listed as following:(1) Screening of composite functional strain. Nitrogen fixing bacteria N21, N22; Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria Py4, Py7, Py8, Py17, Pw2, Pw3, Pw14, Pw15, Pw18; Potassium-solubilizing bacteria K3, K7, K11, K24. The experiments indicated that they had no antagonistic relationship, and 18 groups of composite functional strains were obtained. The ability of nitrogen fixation, phosphate solution and potassium releasing capacity was determined. Among them, the N21Py8Pw3K24 in the seventh day of the potassium solution capacity was 99.29 mg/L, was 52.93 mg/L. N22Py8Pw3K24 combination of organic phosphorus in the third days of the solution is 70.63mg/L. The ability to solve inorganic phosphorus reached 192.42mg/L.(2) Effect of compound functional bacteria on soil nutrients and fruit quality of jujube.Treatment 2 alkali solution nitrogen content in the bud increased by 11.39 mg/kg, had a significant difference with CK1treatment(P<0.05). Available P content in the mature period had a significant difference with CK1 treatment(P<0.05); Young fruit period when available K content in soil had a significant difference with CK1 treatment(P<0.05), increased by 65.75 mg/kg; The soil organic matter content differences between the groups is not obvious; The PGPR processing of jujube fruit soluble total sugar, Vc content have significant difference(P<0.05), but no obvious difference of soluble protein and organic acid content. Through the process of the soil and jujube fruit quality index analysis, treatment 2(N21P8P18K11) integrated application of the best, can be invoked as a composite bacterial manure to do additional research.(3) Optimization of fermentation conditions of compound strains. Single factor experiment was used to optimize the fermentation conditions of the N21, Py8, Pw18, K11 strains. The optimum shaking flask fermentation conditions were determined: the optimum conditions of N21 were: sucrose 12g/L, peptone 8g/L, NaCl 6g/L, pH7.2, temperature 28, distilled water 1000mL; the optimum conditions of Py8 were: sucrose 8g/L, peptone 4g/L, NaCl 4g/L, pH7.2, temperature 30, distilled water 1000mL; the optimum conditions of pw8 were: sucrose 12g/L, peptone 12g/L, NaCl 4g/L, pH7.2, temperature 30, distilled water 1000mL; the optimum conditions of K11 were: sucrose 12g/L, peptone 8g/L, NaCl 6g/L, pH7.2, temperature 30, distilled water 1000 mL.In the optimum culture conditions, the number of viable bacteria in the fermentation broth was improved by 17.74-41.46%.
