Lower Liaohe River Plain area is a water shortage,and that is also the most obvious area of supply and demand in the Liaoning Province.At the same time,the area is the province's major agricultural production base.The agricultural production is mainly consisting mainly of rice,and rice planting area accounts for about 78% of the province.In addition,rice water is also the largestin agricultural water.The research of this paper is beneficial to saving the water resource,to ensure food security,is conducive to ease worsening ecological environmental problems.According to use the statistical datas of hydrology,meteorology,industry,agriculture,based on the flood and drought index method,the positive and negative anomaly method,equation of Penman-Monteith,Minimum monthly mean runoff method,the calculation method of ecological water demand for restoration level of groundwater,the spatial and temporal features of the water utilization structure,the change of rice plantingarea,the paddy water and the ecological water demand were analyzed in the lower reach of the Liaohe River Plain of Liaoning Province.At the same time,the layout of the rice in the lower reach of the Liaohe River Plain made reasonable adjustments,and the virtual water analysis of liaohe plain rice as well as after the adjustment of rice water footprint.The main results are as follows:In this paper,the hydrological model year final result is wet year for 1994,2010,2010,drought years are 1992,1997,1999,2000,the rest of the year for the average year;In both the water consumption and water structure,paddy field water is in a major position in the Liaohe River Plain.In the average year or the drought year,paddyfield with water most obvious occupied ecological and environmental water.Especially during the dry years,the ecological environment of water is only0.66×108m3,the ecological environment wateris almost zero in Liaoyang,Jinzhou,they are unable to meet the ecological water requirement;From 1991 to 2012,the liaohe plain paddy field area is overall upward trend,and production as a whole is on the rise,too.Water requirement at different growth stages of rice also vary,the jointing stage of rice water requirement is the largest,and in different hydrological years,the change trend of rice water requirement as a whole ishighest in dry years;The change of ecological water demand is that the ecological water demand in dry year is more than the water level of the year.In different hydrological model year,the change characteristic of the amount of ecological water recovery is that the amount of ecological water restoration in the drought year is greater than the normal year;Reasonable adjustment to rice production layout in this area,paddy field need to cut 91.5×103hm2/a in the normal year,paddy field need to cut 106.23×103hm2/a in the drought year;Whether it is in averageyears or in dry years,the virtual water content of the rice is more than the national average of the virtual water content of grain.After the adjustment of rice water footprint showed a trend of decrease,but the drought years of the rice water footprint is still greater than the average year.Therefore,results of this study are to prevent deterioration of ecological environment,optimize the structure of the liaohe plain rice planting,and provide a reference value for the sustainable development of water resources.
