Tomato is an important symbol of the red industry in Xinjiang. Tomato fruit is rich in nutrition and delicious. But tomato fruit belongs to jump climacteric fruit, fruit maturity and ethylene are closely related,with thin tender, highly resistant to storage characteristics.This experiment with different maturity(mature green and pink) tomato fruit as the experimental material, the fumigation treatment with 60 ?L/L NO, 500mg/kg ethephon dipping treatment, 60 ?L/L NO +500 mg/kg ethephon processing of cross, 500 mg/kg of ethephon +60 ?L/L NO intersecting storage to 15?(±0.5?)condition, analysis the quaility of postharvest tomato Fruit quality, physiological and biochemical, softening related enzyme activity and expression of genesfor ethylenereceptor family mumbers.In this paper, the main research results are as follows:(1) 60 ?L/L NO treatment NO and ethephon cross talk inhibited the fruit rot index rise, the decrease of the hardness, delaying the fruit by the green turn red, pigment content, Vc and TSS content decreased,inhibited the respiration and ethylene production. 500 mg/kg of ethephon promoted the fruit rot rate,hardness decreased, the change of the content of Vc larger increase ethylene production, reduce the food value of the fruit.Pink tomato fruit in the storage process, 60 ?l/L NO processing, no and ethephon alternating treatment could promote the fruit rot rate of rise, fruit pigment content changes, accelerated the rate of pink tomato fruit by the pink red, but the fruit TSS content change has little effect. 500 mg/kg ethephon accelerated the degradation of chlorophyll and tomato red pigment accumulation, promote the vitamin C content of fruit decreased and CO2 release amount and ethylene release rate increased, but the pink fruit firmness, TSS content has little effect.(2) 60 ?L/L NO, NO and ethephon treatment delayed the degradation of cell wall cross fruit. 500mg/kg ethephon treatment accelerated the changes of PL and Cx activity of cell wall degrading enzymes.500 mg/kg eth accelerated the rise of pink tomato fruit Cx, PL, beta gal enzyme activity, and of PG,?-Glu treatment effect was not significant. 60 ?L/L NO, N+C, C+N enzyme softening had no inhibitory effect on the cell wall of pink tomato fruit.(3) 60 ?L/L NO, NO and ethephon treatment inhibited the expression of Le ETR1 and LeETR3,LeETR4 gene, and 500 mg / kg ethephon treatment is to promote the fruit Le ETR1 and LeETR3, Le ETR4 gene expression.60 ?L/L NO treatment, NO and ethephon treatment promoted the expression of ethylene receptor gene LeETR1, Le ETR3, LeETR4. 500 mg/kg ethephon treatment also induced the accumulation of and Le ETR4 gene in pink tomato fruit Le ETR3, but of LeETR1 expression affected little.
