This article set the leaf of main fruit trees in Southern Xinjiang as material, using principal component analysis and Singh formula for plant pollution resistance, evaluate the main fruit trees' leaf dust pollution resistance by analyzing the morphological structure of the blade, anatomical structure and physiological indexes, the results are as follows:(1) Morphologically the leaf of Pistacia vera Linn has the unique porosity under and above the blade surface, however, the leaf of other fruits porosity recessed or convex under the blade surface. Most of fruits leaf has oval stomata, some of them has circular stomata. The leaf of Morus alba Linn., Juglans regia Linn., Malus sieversii(Ledeb.) M. Roem., Pistacia vera Linn. and Morus alba Linn. have larger LA, more SD and more MPD. The leaf has uneven, drape, villous and roughness surface and these are the structural characteristics of plants which has strong pollutant-resistance,exert relatively strong dust pollution resistance.(2) For leaves anatomical structure, the upper and lower epidermis of main fruits has cuticle and orderly and different size epidermis cell. Different fruits have different anatomical structure(TP,TS, TL and MT, et al). The leaves of most fruits have columnar shape and 2~5 layers' structure near lower epicuticle. The fruits other than Pistacia vera Linn. and Zizyphus jujuba Mill. have the roundness and short columnar shape palisade tissue near upper epicuticle. The leaf of Pyrus sinkiangensis Yü ‘Jujuli', Pyrus sinkiangensis Yü‘Yiliaxiangli', Armeniacavulgaris Lam.‘Xiaobaixing', Pistacia vera Linn., Armeniaca vulgaris Lam. and Pyrus communis Linn. have thicker epidermis cell and palisade and spongy tissue, which indicate an anatomical structure features behaving strong resistance for dust pollution.(3) The content of Ct, Ph, AsA and RWC of main fruit trees leaf also are different. The evaluation of pollutant-resistance by Singh formula showed that Juglans regia Linn., Malus sieversii(Ledeb.) M. Roem., Pyrus sinkiangensis Yü‘Yiliaxiangli', Malus pumila Mill.‘Qiufu',ArmeniacavulgarisLam. ‘Xiaobaixing' and Punica granatum Linn. have strong capacity of pollutant-resistance.(4) The results of comprehensive analysis of morphological, anatomical and physiological characteristics of main fruit trees' leaf in Southern Xinjiang showed thatJuglans regia Linn., Malus sieversii(Ledeb.) M. Roem., Pyrus sinkiangensis Yü‘Yiliaxiangli', Malus pumila Mill.‘Qiufu',ArmeniacavulgarisLam. ‘Xiaobaixing' and Punica granatum Linn. have stronger capacity of pollutant-resistance.
