In the thesis, susceptibility of three botanical emulsion in water to different crops were evaluated, and the synergists with extremely significant synergistic effect were screening out, and toxicities as well as field efficacy of three botanical emulsion in water to aphids and leaf mites on different crops were evaluated, key points as follows:(1) By the testing of pot-cultivated experiments, three botanical emulsion in water to wheat, sorghum, cucumbers, peppers, cowpea, celery cabbage are safety, but 4.5% EW of XAP and 4.5% EW of GTW showed slight acute phytotoxicity to tomatoes, and the inhibition extents of three botanical emulsion in water are less than 5% to all tested 7 crops. All of tested synergists displayed synergistic effects to three botanical emulsion in water, and TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects, the synergistic-fold of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX reached to 60.1, 63.3 and 86.5, respectively.(2) LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX to Aphis citricola are 0.034 mg/kg, 0.233 mg/kg and 0.263 mg/kg, respectively. There are no significant differences compared with LC50 values of 70% imidacloprid WG at 0.034 mg/kg. TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects to 4.5% EW of XAP., and the synergistic-fold reached to 34.0.The best control effect was obtained with 4.5% EW of XAP. to Aphis citricola. The control effects were 57.92%, 67.97% and 71.79% in the doses of 37.35 mg/kg,75 mg/kg,150 mg/kg, respectively. There are significant differences between the treatments of single agent and the synergist treatments, and the control effect lasted for 5-14 d at 78.96%-83.63%.(3) LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP., 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX. to Chromaphis juglandicola were 0.444 mg/kg, 1.248 mg/kg and 0.247 mg/kg, respectively. There was only 4.5% EW of GTW showed significant difference compared with LC50 values of 70% imidacloprid WG at 0.217 mg/kg. TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects to 4.5% EW of XAP, and the synergistic-fold reached to 9.1. The best control effect was obtained with 4.5% EW of GTW. to Chromaphis juglandicola. The control effects were 42.77%, 47.74% and 63.33% in the doses of 37.35 mg/kg,75 mg/kg,150 mg/kg, respectively. There were significant differences between the treatments of single agent and the synergist treatments, and the control effect lasted for 5-9 d at 47.90%-82.28%.(4) LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX to Tetranychus truncatus Ehara on jujube were 48.131 mg/kg, 51.731 mg/kg and 42.534 mg/kg, respectively. There are extremely significant differences compared with LC50 values of 1% emamectin benzoate EC at 0.019 mg/kg. TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects compared with 4.5% EW of GTW, and the synergistic-fold reached to 9.7. The control effects of three botanical emulsion in water to Tetranychus truncatus Ehara were less than 50%.LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX to Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov et Nikolski on Walnut were 12.263 mg/kg, 18.392 mg/kg and 27.402 mg/kg, respectively. There are extremely significant differences compared with LC50 values of 1% emamectin benzoate EC at 1.479 mg/kg. TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects compared with 4.5% EW of XAP and 4.5% EW of GTW, and the synergistic-fold reached to 6.5 and 8.1, respectively. The control effects of three botanical emulsion in water to Tetranychus truncatus Ehara were less than 55.01%.LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX to Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov et Nikolski on eggplant were 310.711 mg/kg, 318.553 mg/kg and 322.678 mg/kg, respectively. There are significant differences compared with LC50 values of 1% emamectin benzoate EC at 33.057 mg/kg. TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects compared with 4.5% EW of XAP, and the synergistic-fold reached to 4.1. The control effects of three botanical emulsion in water to Tetranychus truncatus Ehara were less than 51.47%.(5) LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX to Aphis gossypii Glover on Okra were 0.556 mg/kg, 0.321 mg/kg and 0.542 mg/kg, respectively. There were extremely significant differences compared with LC50 values of 70% imidacloprid WG at 0.030 mg/kg. TMDSO showed significant synergistic effects compared with 4.5% EW of XAP and 4.5% EW of ANX, and the synergistic-fold reached to 4.3 and 4.0, respectively. The control effects of three botanical emulsion in water to Aphis gossypii Glover on Okra were 39.63%-70.02% after the treatment of 5 d-14 d in the treatment of different doses. There were significant differences between the treatments of single agent and the synergist treatments, and the control effect lasted for 5 d-14 d at 69.24%-81.26%.LC50 values of 4.5% EW of XAP, 4.5% EW of GTW, 4.5% EW of ANX to Myzus persicae Sulzer on pakchoi were 0.729 mg/kg, 1.097 mg/kg and 0.417 mg/kg, respectively. There were extremely significant differences compared with LC50 values of 70% imidacloprid WG at 0.034 mg/kg. TMDSO showed significant synergistic effects compared with 4.5% EW of XAP, and the synergistic-fold reached to 9.0. The control effects of three botanical emulsion in water to Myzus persicae Sulzer on pakchoi were 34.28%-71.61% after the treatment of 5 d-14 d in the treatment of different doses. There were significant differences between the treatments of single agent and the synergist treatments, and the control effect lasted for 5 d-14 d at 79.06%-84.40%.
