The experiment was carried out in the Science Park of Jiangxi Agricultural University in 2015, the use of micro-test, 5 treatments: no fertilizer control(CK), single application of NPK fertilizer(T1), NPK fertilizer + slag 900 kg / hm2(T2), NPK fertilizer + slag 1200 kg /hm2(T3), NPK fertilizer + slag 1500 kg / hm2(T4). Through the different amount of slag to study the effects of soybean yield and its components, and nutrient uptake, and soil nutrient change, and the impact of heavy metal content in grains, in order to provide reference for the slag use in soybean production. The main results are as follows:1.A suitable amount of slag can improve soybean pods per plant, seed weight per plant grains. With the increase of the amount of slag, soybean pods per plant grains, production also increased.2.A suitable amount of slag can improve the nitrogen, potassium and silicon content in soybean plant nutrient, but reduce the phosphorus content of nutrients. At the tested dosage range, with the increase of the amount of slag, the soybean plant nitrogen, silicon content of nutrients also increased, while the phosphorus content on the contrary, no significant potassium content rule.3.A suitable amount of slag can increase soil organic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon effective, cation exchange capacity and pH slightly decreased soil available K content. At the tested dosage range, the amount of slag increases with soil organic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon effective, cation exchange capacity, pH content also increased.4.The application of slag fertilizer can increase the slag of lead, cadmium, arsenic content of soybean grain and reduce the content of chromium, manganese, mercury. At the tested dosage range, with the increase of the amount of slag, the content of soybean grain of lead, cadmium, arsenic increases, chromium, manganese, mercury reduced. But the heavy metals lead, cadmium, arsenic, chromium, manganese, mercury levels were not excessive, consistent with national food hygiene standards(GB2762-2012).5.The application of slag fertilizer can reduce total mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, chromium content of the soil, increasing the effective amount of manganese. At the tested dosage range, with the increase of the amount of steel slag, soil total cadmium, lead, arsenic reduction. Each soil mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, chromium and manganese are effective in the safe range, in line with national soil environmental quality standard(GB15618-2008).
