Different Level Of Energy And Protein On 5~8 Weeks Old Female Roman Goose And Wanxi Goose Production Performance And Nutrient Metabolism | | Posted on:2016-11-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:S L Wu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2323330488494553 | Subject:Agricultural extension | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Experiments were conducted to investigate the diet of energy and protein level, and different kind of goose on 5-8 weeks goose production performance, slaughter performance, part blood biochemical indexes and the apparent utilization ratioin of nutrient in Roman and Wanxi goose by feeding experiment and slaughter experiment, nutrient apparent utilization and part of serum biochemical index, analyses the difference to establishing suitable energy and protein requirements for farming practice 。 The main results were as follows。1 Energy and protein levels on production performance of 5-8 weeks old female Roman and Wanxi goose 。A 2x2x2 factorial experiment was conducted with similar weight 4 weeks female Roman and Wanxi goose each 40, determine the utilization ratio of energy and protein of each group.The diets of energy level were 11.49 MJ/kg and 12.12 MJ/kg, protein level were 14% and 16%。 The results showed as follow 。(1) The energy level had significant effect on the production performance of Roman goose in 5-8 weeks(P<0.05), the protein levels had no significant influence on he production performance of Roman goose in 5-8 weeks(P>0.05)。 Roman goose in the low protein levels with regard to the same energy level group production performance is good; high level group production performance on the same protein level is higher 。(2) The energy and protein levels had no obvious influence of production performance of 5-8 weeks Wanxi goose(P>0.05)。 Wanxi goose in the same energy level, high protein levels of production performance is good= high level group production performance on the same protein level is higher 。2 Energy and protein levels on slaughter performance of 5-8 weeks old female Roman and Wanxi goose。(1) The energy levels had significantly effect on chest muscle rate of 5~8 weeks goose。 however protein had no significantly effect。 The energy and protein levels of diets had no significant effect on the other slaughter performance 。(2) 5~8 weeks of goose abdominal fat rate in the same energy level, low level of protein fodder group of abdominal fat rate is low, in the same protein level high level fodder group of abdominal fat rate is low;Slaughtered and other indicators in the same energy level, low level of protein fodder group is higher, in the same protein levels, high energy level fodder group is low。3 Energy and protein levels on blood biochemical indexes of 5~8 weeks old female Roman and Wanxi goose。The diets of energy and protein levels had significantly effect on blood biochemical index of 5~8 weeks goose(P<0.05), Energy level has significant effects on serum hormone indexes (P< 0.05), however the protein level had no significant influence of serum hormone indexes (P> 0.05) 。 Blood concentration at the same energy level, most lower protein diets was higher, in the same protein level, low energy levels fodder group is low, this has some correlation with production performance and slaughter performance。4 Energy and protein levels on apparent utilization ratio of nutrient of 5~8 weeks old female Roman and Wanxi goose.(1)The energy supply of diets had significantly effect on energy and protein apparent utilization ratio (P<0.01), however protein supply of diets had no significantly effect on apparent utilization ratio(P>0.05)。The energy and protein levels had significantly effect on EE and CF apparent utilization ratio (P<0.05), as the energy is 11.49MJ/kg and protein is 14%,the utilization of energy/protein and CF was higher, while the utilization of EE, energy is 11.49MJ/kg and protein is 16% is higher。(2)The energy level was 11.4 MJ/kg, protein level was 14%, the nutrient utilization rate of diets was higher。 The nutrient utilization rate had significant difference between Wanxi goose and Roman goose (P< 0.05)。In summary, considering the goose strong resistance of forage characteristics, we should pay attention to saving the cost of feed in the process of production, so in the breeding selection lower diets of energy and protein levels。... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Roman Goose, Wanxi Goose, Metabolisable Energy, Crude Protein, Production performance, Slaughter performance, The serum biochemical indexes, nutrient utilization ratio | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
