Marine oligosaccharides are derived from marine organisms,which are obtained by degradation of polysaccharides of 2-10.They have varieties of biological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,promoting growth,enhancing immunity.Alginate oligosaccharides,chitosan oligosaccharide and chitin oligosaccharide are investigated in this study.Effects of alginate oligosaccharides and chitosan oligosaccharide on growth and immune activity of Apostichopus japonicus larvae are studied.Effect of chitosan oligosaccharide as feed additive on immune function of piglets and protective effect of chitin oligosaccharide on macrophage of mice are studied.Preliminary validation of these three kinds of marine oligosaccharides on body fluids,organs and cells of the immune regulation is presented in this study.The main results are as follows:(1)Adding alginate oligosaccharides and chitosan oligosaccharides as feed immune enhancer can significantly enhance the immunity in juvenile sea cucumbers in their growth performance,catalase(CAT),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and other immune enzyme activity implementation.(2)Chitosan oligosaccharide in feed additive immune reinforcing agent,can effectively improve the NOS activity in the spleen and thymus of piglets.And it also can improve leukocyte mediated IL-6 expression.However,expression of MAPK signal pathway(p38MAPK,Erk1/2,JNK/SAPK)and Akt is not significantly activated.(3)Chito oligosaccharide is against LPS induced murine macrophage inflammatory injury,mainly in the following aspects: chitooligosaccharides can inhibit LPS induced macrophage abnormal proliferation,the excessive activation of LPS induced inflammatory cytokines expression,LPS induced excessive release of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and nitric oxide(NO)and LPS induced PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,through the above implementation on macrophage immune regulatory role.
