Investigating the dynamic response of soil carbon under different tillage practices, to evaluate what is the most beneficial way to the cultivation of carbon sequestration in soybean field. After the harvest of Winter Wheat, soil tillaged in tillage plough(TP), tillage(T), rotary tillage(RT) and no-till(NT) four different tillage methods were carried out to study the effect of different soil tillage methods on Soil Carbon Pool, Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Soybean Yield in multiple cropping soybean field experiment, 2012-2014. The main results are as follows:(1)in 0-60 cm soil layer of soil in different soil tillage methods, the contents of SOC increased while the depth of soil increased. NT and RT tillage treatments increased SOC content significantly in the 0-10 cm soil, while the TP treatment increased SOC content significantly in the topsoil 20-30 cm. There were significant differences in TP content of SOC treatment in 60-100 cm soil layer.(2)In different soil tillage methods, the contents of easy oxidation organic carbon, particle organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon content and carbon pool management index increased while the depth of soil increased. NT and RT tillage treatments increased AOC content significantly in the 0-10 cm soil, while the TP treatment increased AOC content significantly in the topsoil 20-30 cm. in 0-60 cm soil layer. That exemption, NT and RT tillage can improve the overall quality of CPMI in 0-60 cm soil and tillage mulching significantly improved it of 20-30 cm soil layer.(3)Effect of different tillage methods on soil nutrient content, total N, total P content in 0~20 cm soil layer to NT treatment is the highest. 20~40 cm soil layer with TP, T treatment is the highest. TP and T treatment significantly increases the content of soil available N and available P in 0~40 cm soil layer. Soil total P content in 0~60 cm soil layers were not significant differences between treatments.(4)Effects of Tillage on soil physical and chemical factors mainly concentrated in the surface layer of 0~10 cm and 20~30 cm, Compared with the T treatment, the TP and NT treatment had obvious effect of increasing temperature, In the sudden cooling of the weather, Temperature rise 0.84 ~1.28?. TP treatment rise the Soilmoisture content 4.03%~9.26%.NT rise the soil bulk density 2.19%~5.26%, Soil porosity decreased 1.36%~5.68%.(5) Soybean yields were performed for tillage treatment is highest, especially after 2014, an increase of film mulching treatment is to tillage mulching treatment was the highest, the average value of 1369.47 kg.hm-2 than tillage, rotary tillage and no tillage higher 15.21%, 30.82% and 31.91%.(6) Correlation analysis showed that between the EOC?POC?MBC and SOC, A significant positive correlation was presented between the two; The EOC and CPMI is very significant positive correlation; The significant negative correlation was observed between SOC,EOC and yield; In 0~40cm soil layer, SOC content was negatively correlated with soil temperature, bulk density and water content; And the soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, available phosphorus showed a very significant positive correlation.
