China is a large agricultural country,the demand of agricultural irrigation water is enormous,and a lot of water resources is wasted due to extensive irrigation methods every year.Decision-making and control to irrigation process is an important means to alleviate water shortages in China.Ningxia and Xinjiang is a typical regional of water shortage in China,and their main irrigation methods are different,this paper selects Ningxia's Tang Lai canal and Xinjiang's sixth agricultural division farm as study areas,designs and implements the appropriate irrigation intelligent decision-making system based on the Java development language and My Eclipse development platform.The main research content as follows:(1)According to the selected soil moisture forecast model,this paper determined the elements of monitoring,and studied real-time data acquisition and conservation techniques.(2)Analyzing study area,including Ningxia Tang Lai canal and Xinjiang's sixth agricultural division farm,this paper established irrigation intelligent decision-making database for storing real-time monitoring data,model parameters data,plots,equipment and other basic data based on Oracle database,and completed system design.(3)Studying on the implementation process of soil moisture forecast model,this paper uses networking and GIS technology to support the development and implementation of Tanglai canal irrigation intelligent decision systems and Xinjiang's sixth agricultural division farm agricultural water saving system based on the study area.The system can achieve management to land,equipment and crop information,display to real-time monitoring data,statistics and analysis to historical data,the intelligent forecast to soil moisture,and remote control to irrigation.This paper uses B/S architecture,have good user experience by the test run in the study area gathering land management,equipment management,irrigation decision-making,remote control and other functions.Through studying irrigation intelligent decision-making on different irrigation methods,this paper summed up that irrigation methods,crop type and soil type should be fully considered to create the corresponding soil moisture forecast model during research the irrigation intelligent decision-making system,in order to ensure the decision-making results and the control process more and more accurate.to improve our research in irrigation intelligent decisions different irrigation ways and study regions under irrigation contribute.
