And Its Genetic And Molecular Identification | | Posted on:2017-09-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:S J Ma | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2323330488979994 | Subject:Crop Genetics and Breeding | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | To breed the high density planting rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)is one of the main methods of developing the rape production mechanization,and improvement effective silique number of main inflorescence is an important area of research.The rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed is a new line of multi-silique of main inflorescence with inbreeding in more generations from a mutation variety.Six generations((P1、P2、F1、B1、B2and F2)were produced from the cross and reciprocal cross between rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed and Huyou 17 to analyze inheritances of effective silique number of main inflorescence using mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance model.Also,a preliminary result of its genetic and molecular identification by SSR was reported in this paper.The main consequences are as following:1.Results showed that effective silique number of main inflorescence of rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed×Huyou 17 were dominated by two pairs of major gene with additive-dominance-epistasis effects plus polygene with additive-dominatance-epistasis effects(E0 model).The additive effects of 2 major genes are same,both for 26.4934,and the dominance effects of two major genes were-24.657 and-24.6583.The effect of gene interactions were between two major genes.Heritability of major gene(σ2mg)in F2 generation was 64.22% and that of polygene(σ2pg)was 19.17%.It indicated that the effective silique number of main inflorescence in Brassica napus L.was dominated by major genes.And it can be favorable to an efficient selection in early generations.The environmental variance average accounted for 38.03% of the phenotypic variance in the separation of generation of rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed×Huyou 17.Indicating that the environmental factors have a great effect on effective silique number of main inflorescence in Brassica napus L.2.Consequences revealed that effective silique number of main inflorescence of rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed×Huyou 17(reciprocal cross)were dominated by two pairs of major gene with additive-dominance-epistasis effects plus poly gene with additive-dominatance-epistasis effects(E0 model).The additive effects and dominance effects of 2 major genes in B2 and F2 generations both for negative effect,and the number is 51.44%,20.67% and 50.06%,21.32% respectively,indicated that main inflorescence more pod genetic main performance as the main genetic effects in the two generations.Heritability of major gene(σ2mg)in B2 generation is 9.47%,significantly less than its heritability of poly gene(σ2pg),showed that main inflorescence more pod genetic main performance as the poly genetic effects in this generations.And the environmental factors have a great effect on effective silique number of main inflorescence in this hybrid combination.3.SSR markers fingerprint is established among the rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed and 19 conventional rapeseed(Brassica napus L)varieties.Test them with more than 200 pairs primers,screened 4 pairs SSR primers by the combination analysis can distinguish between rodlike main inflorescence rapeseed and 19 conventional rapeseed varieties. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Brassica napus L., main inflorescence effective silique number, genetic analysis, major gene plus poly gene, molecular identification | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
