This study take the annual "Changlin" series No.40 of Camellia oleifera container seedlings as test objects.In five different peat soil and alternative content of matrix under nursery conditions,by determining Camellia oleifera container seedling survival rate,growth,photosynthetic characteristics,physiological characteristics,leaf anatomical structure and the content of nutrient elements of the upper part container seedlings,in order to select the matrix of the peat soil and reduce the cost of Camellia oleifera container seedling,meanwhile,try to maintain the sustainable utilization of the matrix,.The main results are as follows:1.The highest of the survival rate,ground diameter,total leaf number,was treatment?,respectively by 83.8%,3.93 mm,21.2 tablets,treatment??82.3%,3.81 mm,19.2 tablets?was second.But the highest of the height,leaf size was treatment??29.96 cm,5.70× 3.19cm?,treatment??28.70 cm,5.52× 2.96cm?was the fellow one.The highest of the height/diameter ratio was treatment??74.00?,treatment??73.79?was the lowest one;The highest of principal root length,principal root /lateral root fresh weight was treatment??12.64 cm,2.25 g,1.15g?,treatment??12.03 cm,2.16 g,1.04g?was the second one;Both fresh weight and dry weight condition,the highest of the aboveground / underground and total biomass was treatment I,and treatment V was the times,there was difference was not significant with them.The lowest of the diameter root ratio FW/DW indexes was treatment?,respectively as 2.69,2.18.Treatment of ??2.74,2.32?was the fellow one.2.In the determination photosynthesis during five treatments seedlings container,which found that Net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 and light use efficiency also had the same trend,namely: treatment V > treatment I > treatment II > treatment IV > treatment III.But water use efficiency has the opposite order,namely: treatment III > treatment IV > treatment II > treatment I > treatment V.The highest content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a/b were treatment V,respectively as:1.607 mg·g-1,0.562 mg·g-1,2.169 mg·g-1,2.873.Treatment III was the lowest,respectively as:1.306 mg·g-1,0.485 mg·g-1,1.791 mg·g-1,2.703.3.In the determination of faction leaf physiological indexes,which found that treatment I and treatment V increased in the relative water content of leaves compared with the other three treatments,among them the treatment V is the better.The highest of third leaf,new tip resistance value was treatment III,and treatment V was is lowest,and there was every treatment of the third leaf resistance value was significantly greater than the new tip resistance value.Compared with the other treatment,treatment V and treatment I have increased the POD,CAT,PPO enzyme activity and content of soluble sugar,protein and proline.In five treatments,treatment V was the lowest of the relative conductivity,MDA content,and treatment I was the fellow one.4.The leaf anatomical structure of the research results showed that the micro structure of every treatment was not identical,the highest of the leaf thickness,upper/lower epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness,palisade/spongy tissue ratio and CTR and other indicators was treatment V,followed by 547.38?m,52.56?m /38.06?m,248.31?m,1.20,45.36%)times,Treatment I?536.50?m,47.13?m /34.44?m,242.88?m,1.16,45.27%?was the fellow one.However the highest of the sponge tissue thickness,SR was treatment III?257.38?m,56.13%?,the lowest one was treatment V?208.44?m,38.07%?.5.The content of nutrient elements in the upper part of the plant was determined,which showed that the contents of the N,P,S and the K nutrient elements were very significant difference among treatments,and the content of the Ca nutrient elements reached a significant level,but the content of the Mg nutrient elements was not significant.The Fe,Mn,Cu and the Zn nutrient elements were significantly different among treatments,but the B nutrient elements content was not significant.6.In the present study,there was the correlation analysis between the upper part of the plant and the nutrient elements,which showed that: the P nutrient elements and total phosphorus,hydrolysis nitrogen,organic matter had significantly negatively correlated;The K nutrient elements and total K were negatively correlated,and reached extremely significant level;The Mg nutrient elements and available potassium,organic matter had significant positively correlation;The S nutrient elements and total nitrogen,available phosphorus showed significant negative correlation.There was a significant negative correlation between the Mn nutrient elements and available potassium,the Zn nutrient elements and slow acting potassium.The B nutrient elements were negatively correlated with total potassium.Comprehensive analysis of various indices can be obtained: In this study during five treatment the most promote Camellia oleifera container seedlings growth were treatment I and treatment V.Treatment V?5%the rest of edible mushroom + 5% fowl dung + 5% cow dung + 35% Peat soil + 50% the rest of the same composition?was the best matrix of the study,which as local fertilizer could better replace peat soil.
