Arabidopsis thaliana is the common model plant in molecular biology research, whose two ecotypes genome sequence were examined completely. However,Arabidopsis gene basically can be found homologous genes in other plants as well as the cruciferous vegetables. In the integrated life cycle of plant,it can be affected by the serious elements from environment including biotic factors and abiotic factors. And in order to respond to these persecutions bring by environmental factors, plants are similar to animals. There is a set of corresponding immune system inside the plants to defense outside stress. And on the defensive strategy against pathogenic bacteria infection, plant innate immune system can be divided into two aspects based on characteristics of the invasion of pathogenic bacteria: one is immune response triggered by molecular patterns(MAMPS or PAMPs)associated pathogen, named PTI process;the other is immune response triggered by pathogenic bacteria effect factor(ETI).Some genes of Arabidopsis reported participate in the response to pathogens, especially Arabidopsis receptor kinase(RLK)genes plays an important role in innate immunity. We obtained the sas1 mutants in the process of screening to obtain Mutants germplasm resources obtained by T-DNA inserting Arabidopsis.Through the processing to biotic stress and abiotic stress,we analyzed its developmental phenotype and disease-resistance phenotype. And we found its developmental phenotype was small strains and leaf curl inward;Under normal lighting on the 1/2 MS plate, its root was longer than Col-0,but in the shadow,sas1 mutant compared with Col-0,the lateral root numbers were less.Besides, lyed horizontally and cultured normally,sas1 mutant root was significantly shorter and had a great difference compared with Col-0.All in all,the light treatment and dark treatment to sas1 mutant, the phenotype was different from the Col-0,and it's more sensitive to light. While the sas1 mutant was more sensitive to salt stress response, and the growth was restrained obviously. The sas1 mutant was more sensitive to BR hormone, and the plant curled fold obviously. And it showed a strong disease resistance to no-load clove pseudomonas.Furthermore,SAS1 amino acid sequence analysis found SAS1 encodes a protein of CCCH type, belonging to the C-x8-C-x5-C-x3-H family,it explained SAS1 had binding activity with zinc finger, nucleotide binding activity,it was a transcription factor. The acquisition of sas1 mutants provided an important plant material and a new starting point to salt stress response,BR hormone signal transduction and resistance mechanism of plants. At the same time,it is benefited for us to understand deeply the relationship between BR hormone signal transduction and the resistance mechanism of the plant.
