Red soil is an important land resource in our country, because of man-made and natural reasons, there are many steep slopes and steep slopes in red soil region, which cause the serious soil flow in the red soil region, and the ecological risk increases sharply.But it is not very clear that the erosion characteristics of the soil in the red soil region of the red soil region are not very clear. The study on red soil as the research object, mainly to study the kinetic parameters of water and red soil region of steep slope conditions, the erosion characteristics of runoff and splash erosion characteristics, so as to further understand the changes in the red soil region of steep slope condition of soil erosion. The results are as follows:(1)In the test slope internal dynamics characteristics: with the slope increases runoff gradually decreased; with the increase of slope, flow velocity increased first and then decreased; with the increase of slope,runoff depth decreases and reduce; the flow regime is within the scope of laminar flow and sluggish.(2) In the gradient range, the amount of runoff erosion with slope change decreased first and then increased. Splash erosion in 36 degrees before with changes in gentle slope,remained unchanged, 36 degrees after the splash erosion amount increased rapidly.(3) In the red soil region, the soil erosion changed with the change of the slope gradient, and the runoff erosion was dominated by the 36 degree before, and the splash erosion was mainly based on the 36 degree.(4) Experimental study of the range of memory in the 2 critical slope, one for the maximum value of the critical slope, a minimum value of the critical slope. Rainfall intensity is 60 mm / h, maximum critical gradient in the vicinity of the 24 degree, minimum critical gradient in the vicinity of the 36 degrees; rainfall intensity is 90, 120 mm / h, with the maximum critical gradient in the vicinity of the 27 degrees, minimum critical gradient in the vicinity of the 36 degrees.
