To investigate the reduced chemical fertilizer effect of different organic fertilizer on rice growth and soil fertility, on long-term located experiment as the foundation, under the condition of equal amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient application of with reduction of fertilizer application effects of different organic fertilizer on the growth of double cropping rice in red soil paddy field, yield and soil physical chemical properties of and to elucidate the different fertilization treatments on double season rice growth development and paddy soil quality and its mechanism. Main research results are as follows:1. Effects of organic fertilizer application on the growth and yield of riceIn nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrient amount equal conditions, reduction of fertilizer with Shi organic fertilizer could obviously increase the yield of rice in the morning and evening. Combined application of organic fertilizer treatment compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer treatment early rice yield increase 6.12%-22.22%; rate of rice production to 5.51%?8.52%.Positioning test two years average annual output shows that clover+straw+ chemical fertilizer?clover+ biogas slurry+ chemical fertilizer?biogas slurry +chemical fertilizer more than clover+ chemical fertilizer, showed a year only in the application of organic fertilizer without two season application organic fertilizer on the yield effect good.Yield composition. Two year's results showed that sooner or later rice yield constitute the main factors influencing factors on the yield of effective panicle number per plant and per panicle number, and seed setting rate were negatively correlated with single application of chemical fertilizer compared, organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer combined application can increase the double cropping rice effective panicle number per plant and per panicle number especially treatment and biogas effective panicle sooner or later rice were significantly higher than other treatments, reduction of chemical fertilizer combined application of biogas slurry on double cropping of Rice Panicle influence.Compared with chemical fertilizer, chemical fertilizer reduction with application of organic fertilizer could significantly improve the rice for nitrogen, phosphorus nutrient uptake and accumulation, especially effect on rice obvious. But for the potassium accumulation, with reduction of fertilizer application organic fertilizer did not reflect the obvious advantages.2.Effect of organic manure application on soil physical and chemical properties of chemical fertilizerOrganic-inorganic fertilizer application decreased soil bulk density, increase the soil total porosity and soil water content. The clover+straw+ chemical fertilizer?Clover+ biogas slurry+ chemical fertilizer have more obvious effect to improve, shows a very good advantage.Inorganic fertilizer combined application of organic manure on soil organic matter, total nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus content influence greatly, compared with no fertilizer control and chemical fertilizer have significantly improved. But inorganic fertilizer reduced with effect of organic manure on soil available potassium was not significant, but showed a downward trend.Compared with chemical fertilizer, organic and inorganic fertilizer application can improve the soil in different forms of carbon content and carbon pool management index, and for two consecutive quarters of application of organic fertilizer to improve soil active carbon efficiency, carbon mineralization efficiency and carbon pool management index is better than a season application. Soil carbon pool management index and soil total organic carbon, active carbon,Microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and potassium content showed significant correlation; and mineralization of soil carbon and phosphorus contents were significantly correlated; and the rice yield was parabola relationship between, the correlation coefficient is 0.8897**.Compared with chemical fertilizer, chemical fertilizer reduction with application organic fertilizer can raise soil urease activity, catalase and invertase activity, combined application of organic fertilizers have different influence on the different enzyme activities and clover+straw+ chemical fertilizer?clover+biogas slurry+ chemical fertilizer processing to improve soil enzyme activity effect best. The activity of soil urease, catalase, invertase activity and soil organic matter, total nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available P, available K were positively correlated.
