Topography influence the growth and development of forest stands indirectly through the redistributing heat,moisture and light.It is one of the key factors to affect the spatial distribution of stand factors.The relationship between topographic factors and stand factors provide an important basis for managing forests scientifically.Based on the investigation data of Pinus massoniana in Lin'an City,Zhejiang Province,this study analyzed the relationship between topographic factors and stand factors.The topographic factors includes elevation,slope,aspect and so on.Firstly,representative and independent factors of stand factors were got by means of correlation analysis;Secondly,non-parametric tests,includes Jonckheere-Terpstra test,Mood-median test and Kruskal-Wallis test,were used to differ topography factors(elevation,slope and aspect)with stand factors.Finally,the non-parametric statistical methods were used to analysis the relationship between topography and stand structure,assisted with terrain factor grading distribution map of forest area,to mine and analysis stand factors.Based on that,the relationship between stand factors,terrain factor and annual sunshine hours was analyzed using index of annual sunshine hours.In summary,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)There was a significant influence on the spatial distribution of Pinus in Linan.There is a significant correlation between the altitude and average DBH,canopy density and stocking per mu.The high altitude region,the average DBH and volume per acre of Masson pine plantation is relatively larger,while the canopy density is relatively small.(2)Slope of Masson pine(Pinus massoniana)spatial distribution has a significant impact,gentle slope and slope of Pinus massoniana area is relatively large,the slope is steep,annual sunshine time is to reduce the number of,received less light,Pinus massoniana area less and less.Pinus massoniana average DBH and per mu accumulation have a significant correlation with slope,steep slope position and Pinus massoniana average DBH and per mu accumulation has a tendency to increase.In different slope average DBH and per acre volume size for flat slope > slope > steep slope > > acute slope > dangerous slope(3)Slope to the space of Masson pine(Pinus massoniana)distribution has a significant impact,masson pine of different slope to the area ratio of the size of the sunny slope > semi sunny slope > semi shady slope > shady slope.Sunny pine area ratio is slightly larger than the slope area ratio,which is consistent with the Masson heliophiles.In different slope direction,the differentiation of stand factors was not obvious.(4)The topography distribute the spatial structure of Masson Pinus massoniana by the redistribution of annual sunshine duration.Pinus massoniana is heliophiles,which distributed in illumination area.Annual sunshine hours less than 4000 hours,Pinus massoniana distributed area increases with the increase of annual sunshine hours,at about 4000 hours,the distribution of Pinus massoniana most widely;according to the year number more than 4000 hours,the growth of Masson Pine by photoinhibition and its distribution area is reduced.Therefore,the appropriate light range is conducive to the growth and development of pinus.Mature Pinus massoniana will be cutting and updated regularly,so there is a law in stand structure: the average DBH and accumulation of Pinus massoniana are smaller where much annual sunshine hours.Masson canopy density on the light fluctuations phenomenon within the time.While canopy densities just waves lightly in a certain range of sunshine time.Analysis of stand structure factors in space distribution with topography is useful to explore distributing disciplinarian regionally about stand factors.In this paper,the non-parametric statistical methods was applied to analysis the relationship between stand factors and terrain with deep mining,and research the distribution characteristics under the influence of different topographic factors.We hope that it could provide a theoretical direction for quantitative understanding of the relationship between topography and stand factors.
