Bradysia impatiens belongs to diptera sciaridae,which mainly endangers edible mushrooms and some vegetable crops.It is widely distributed in China.This paper studies olfactory behavioral of Bradysia impatiens responses of different kinds of edible Fungi and observation of the ultrastructures of antennal.Through preliminary experiments,olfactory behavioral of Bradysia impatiens adults responses of eight kinds of edible Fungi,selected the strongest trend of edible fungus for following experiments.The results are as follows:(1)Four-arm-olfactometer is utilized for determining olfactory behavior response of Bradysia impatiens in spawn culture medium stages of three kinds of edible mushrooms.The results show that the capture rates of oyster mushroom spawn culture medium and shiitake mushroom spawn culture medium to Bradysia impatiens are respectively 72.5% and 27.5%.The difference between two edible mushrooms is extremely significant.It is obvious that Bradysia impatiens prefers to oyster mushroom spawn culture medium.Oyster mushroom spawn culture medium is compared with Agrocybe cylindracea spawn culture medium.The selection proportion of Bradysia impatiens on oyster mushroom spawn culture medium is still higher than that of Agrocybe cylindracea spawn culture medium with significant difference.However,the selection proportion of Bradysia impatiens to Agrocybe cylindracea spawn culture medium and shiitake mushroom spawn culture medium is equivalent with insignificant difference.It is obvious that oyster mushroom is the most attractive to Bradysia impatiens in the mushroom-stick stage.(2)Four-arm-olfactometer is utilized for determining olfactory behavior response of Bradysia impatiens in mycelium stage of different edible mushrooms.The results show that the capture rates of shiitake mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea to Bradysia impatiens are respectively 54.17% and 45.83% in the stage.Although they are different,the difference is not significant.However,Bradysia impatiens still shows higher selectivity to oyster mushroom between oyster mushroom and shiitake mushroom,and between oyster mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea.In addition,the difference from shiitake mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea is significant.It is obvious that oyster mushroom is the most attractive to Bradysia impatiens in the mycelium stage.(3)Four-arm-olfactometer is utilized for determining the olfactory behavior response of Bradysia impatiens in sporocarp stage of different edible mushrooms.The results show that the selection proportion of Bradysia impatiens on three edible mushrooms is equivalent in sporocarp stage of shiitake mushroom,oyster mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea.Prominent difference is not manifested.Three edible mushrooms do not have prominent capture rate difference to Bradysia impatiens at the stage.(4)Four-arm-olfactometer is utilized for determining olfactory behavior response of Bradysia impatiens at different stages of the same edible mushrooms.The results show that the selection proportion of Bradysia impatiens is significantly different in different growth stages of oyster mushroom,shiitake mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea.However,it is similar that the capture rate of three edible mushrooms on Bradysia impatiens at mycelium stage is significantly higher than other stages with significant difference.It is obvious that different growth stages of edible mushrooms have prominent influence on olfactory behavior response of Bradysia impatiens.(5)The influence of different edible mushrooms(shiitake mushroom,oyster mushroom,Agrocybe cylindracea and agaricus subrufescens)on growth development and propagation of Bradysia impatiens is analyzed and compared through artificial feeding.The results show that Bradysia impatiens can complete normal growth development on four edible mushrooms.The duration of different stages is not the same.the duration is the shortest for oyster mushroom,namely 19.44 days or so,and the duration is the longest for shiitake mushroom aiming at the full generation.Survival rate and fecundity measurement at different stages show that Bradysia impatiens survival rate and average oviposition rate per female are higher on oyster mushroom and agaricus subrufescens,and the values are lower on shiitake mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea with significant difference.Life parameters of Bradysia impatiens experimental population are analyzed and compared.It is obvious that the net reproductive rate ranking of Bradysia impatiens on different edible mushrooms is shiitake mushroom,agaricus subrufescens,Agrocybe cylindracea and shiitake mushroom with significant much difference.The ranking of mean generation time and population doubling time is shiitake mushroom,Agrocybe cylindracea,agaricus subrufescens and oyster mushroom.The difference among oyster mushroom,agaricus subrufescens,shiitake mushroom and Agrocybe cylindracea is significant on two parameters of intrinsic increase rate and finite increase rate.Therefore,Bradysia impatiens experimental population life parameter is changed with difference in edible mushroom categories.(6)The research on Bradysia impatiens tentacle ultrastructure shows that Bradysia impatiens ultrastructure has seven kinds of sensillums.Different sensillums have different characteristics and distribution.Antennal sensilla type and distribution differences of Bradysia impatiens male and female adults are not prominent.
