Weed resistance in wheat field and paddy field has been attended extensively with herbicide application for a long-term. In practice, the purpose of weed resistance management used to be achieved by increasing dosage of herbicide or mixing herbicide and adjuvant, and there is a risk of crop safety. One of the effective ways for weed control is mixing adjuvant and post-emergence herbicide in order to improve control efficacy and reduce herbicide dosage. In addition, it is conducive to reduce cost of herbicide, decrease harm of herbicide to environment, etc. In order to discuss the synergism between adjuvant JWK and herbicide and the reduction of herbicide by adjuvant JWK, indoor experiments were conducted to study the control efficacy of herbicides including mesosulfuron-methy, clodinafop-propargyl and pinoxadenthe respectively combining a compound adjuvant JWK on Alopecurus japonicus and Beckmannia syzigachne, to determinate the type of combination between adjuvant JWK and mesosulfuron-methy, clodinafop-propargyl on Alopecurus japonicas respectively, to study the control efficacy of herbicides including Cyhalofop-butyl, penoxsulam mixing with adjuvant JWK on barnyard grass respectively, to determinate the type of combination between the adjuvant and Cyhalofop-butyl, penoxsulam on barnyard grass respectively, and safety of above herbicides in combination with adjuvant JWK on wheat and rice were conducted. Control efficacy of florasulam mixing adjuvant JWK on broadleaved weeds in field. The main results were as follows:1?The control efficacy of mesosulfuron-methyl, clodinafop-propargyl on Alopecurus japonicus were obviously increased by adding adjuvant JWK. The efficacy of 3% mesosulfuron-methyl dispersible oil-based suspension (OD) 20g/667m2 mixed with adjuvant JWK15ml/667m2 was significantly higher than 3% mesosulfuron-methyl OD 20g/667m2 alone and was no obvious difference with 3% mesosulfuron-methyl OD 27.5-35g/667m2 on Alopecurus japonicas. Efficacy of mesosulfuron-methyl mixing adjuvant JWK on Beckmannia syzigachne was no obvious difference compared with mesosulfuron-methyl alone. The efficacy of 240g/L clodinafop-propargyl emulsifiable concentrate (EC) 18.75ml/667m2 mixed with adjuvant JWK 15ml/667m2 was no obvious difference with 240g/L clodinafop-propargyl EC 18.75-25ml/667m2 alone on Alopecurus japonicas. The efficacy of 50g/L pinoxaden EC 40ml/667m2 mixed with adjuvant JWK 15ml/667m2 was significantly higher than 50g/L pinoxaden EC 40ml/667m2 alone and was no obvious difference with 50g/L pinoxaden EC 60ml/667m2 on Alopecurus japonicus. The results in combination experiments showed that the synergism of mesosulfuron-methylthe by mixed adjuvant JWK was obvious on Alopecurus japonicus, and there was an increasing trend with the increase of dosage of adjuvant JWK for synergistic effects.2?The results in experiment of broad-leaved weeds control showed that the efficacy of florasulam was obviously increased on Galium tricorne adjuvant by adding adjuvant JWK. The efficacy of 50g/L florasulam suspension concentrate (SC) 100ml/667m2 mixed with adjuvant JWK 15ml/667m2 was significantly higher than 50g/L florasulam SC 100ml/667m2 alone and 50g/L florasulam SC 60-80ml/667m2 mixed with adjuvant JWK15ml/667m2 were no obvious difference with 50g/L florasulam SC 100ml/667m2 alone.3?The efficacy of cyhalofop-butyl, penoxsulam on barnyard grass was observably increased by adding adjuvant JWK. The control effect of 10%cyhalofop-butyl micro-emulsion(ME) 60g/667m2 mixed with adjuvant JWK 15ml/667m2 on barnyard grass reached 100%, and it was significantly higher than 10% cyhalofop-butyl ME 60g/667m2 alone and were no obvious difference with 10% cyhalofop-butyl ME 80g/667m2 alone. The results of combination experiments showed that cyhalofop-butyl mixing with adjuvant JWK had synergism on barnyard grass. The control effect of 25g/L penoxsulam OD 60ml/667m2 mixing with adjuvant JWK 15ml/667m2 on barnyard grass was no obvious difference with 25g/L penoxsulam OD 60-100ml/667m2 alone. The control efficacy of penoxsulam was observably increased by adding adjuvant JWK on barnyard grass.4?The results of safety experiments indicated that 3%mesosulfuron-methyl OD 30g/667m2 adding adjuvant JWK had no influence on plant high and fresh weight of Ningmail3 and Huaimai26 variety of wheat compared with control treatments.240g/L clodinafop-propargyl EC 18.75ml/667m2 adding adjuvant JWK had no influence on plant high and fresh weight of Huaimai 26 variety. The growth of Ningmail3 (sensitive variety) was seriously inhibited by clodinafop-propargyl. The index of phytotoxicity reached to 88.97 and it had no obviously different with clodinafop-propargyl alone (76.42). The growth both of Ningmail3 and Huaimai26 treated with 50g/L pinoxaden EC 40-60ml/667m2 mixing adjuvant JWK was no significantly influenced compared with control treatments.50g/L florasulam 72-120ml/667m2 adding adjuvant JWK had no influence on plant high, fresh weight of Ningmail3 and Huaimai26 compared with control treatments respectively. Phytotoxicity in wheat was caused easily by isoproturon and the index of phytotoxicity of 50%isoproturon wettable power(WP) 160ml/667m2 had reached 89.69. The index had no obviously different compared the same dosage of isoproturon mixing with adjuvant JWK with isoproturon alone. Plant height and fresh weight of 3 leaf-stage rice seedling treated with 10%cyhalofop-butyl ME 60g/667m2,90g/667m2, 120g/667m2 mixing with adjuvant JWK 15ml/667m2 respectively had no obviously different compared with control treatments, but those were noticeably inhibited by 10%cyhalofop-butyl ME 180g/667m2. The results of safety experiments of penoxsulam adding with adjuvant JWK were similar to that of cyhalofop-butyl.
