Through liquid culture method,this paper discusses different concentrations,different time,different pH condition,the heavy metal lead,chromium and cadmium influence on the growth of the Pleurotus Ostreatus,to the accumulation of heavy metals and adsorption.In addition,by adding different concentrations of oxalic acid,citric acid,EDTA and GLDA,the contrast research under heavy metal stress,all kinds of activators for growth and enrichment of heavy metals by Pleurotus Ostreatus and adsorption effect,the results are as follows:1.Under the conditions of different heavy metal stress effect on the growth of Pleurotus Ostreatus:(1)Pleurotus Ostreatus biomass showed a trend of decrease with the increase of concentration of heavy metals.(2)When the pH is 3,Pleurotus Ostreatus stops growing in culture medium containing various heavy metals,when the pH is 7,biomass are maximum.(3)Pleurotus Ostreatus biomass showed a trend of increase with stress time.(4)Adding different activators to Pleurotus Ostreatus lead the different biomass.Adding oxalic acid inhibits the growth in the medium containing lead and chromium,promotes its growth in the medium containing cadmium;Adding citric acid inhibits the growth of culture medium containing lead,cadmium and chromium,adding EDTA and GLDA promotes its growth in the medium containing lead,cadmium and chromium.(3)Pleurotus Ostreatus can remove the heavy metals effectively in the liquid medium;the removal rate of lead in the culture medium were greater than 95%.Cadmium concentrations in the test set to 0 to 40 mg/L,when the medium concentrations of cadmium to 10 mg/L of the cadmium removal rate is at its maximum,at 56.63%.In the test set chromium concentrations of 0-200 mg/L,for chromium removal rate decreases with the increase of concentration of chromium.(4)In this experiment,under the condition of all kinds of heavy metal stress,are found that the existence of oxalic acid in vitro.2.Pleurotus Ostreatus in different stress conditions and the influence of the accumulations and adsorptions of heavy metals:(1)Pleurotus Ostreatus has the effect on the accumulations and adsorptions of lead,cadmium,chromium.The lead,cadmium and chromium accumulations and the adsorptions quantity increases with the increase of the concentrations of heavy metals: in medium the concentration of lead is 1000 mg/L,fthe accumulation as well as the adsorptions of lead are maximum,119830.43 mg/kg and 45112.33 mg/kg respectively.Cadmium concentration in culture medium is 40 mg/L,the quantity of cadmium enrichment are maximum,1545.24 mg/kg and 13480.21 mg/kg respectively.The medium chromium concentration is 200 mg/L,and the accumulation and adsorption of chromium are maximum,8733.36 mg/kg and 71123.55 mg/kg respectively.(2)Under the condition of different pH,Pleurotus Ostreatus to the accumulations of heavy metals presents different pattern: with the increase of pH,present a downward trend on the concentration of lead,reached the maximum when the pH is 4.In the amount of cadmium accumulation reached the maximum when the pH of 7.Amount of chromium accumulation appears to increase with the increase of pH and reached the maximum when the pH is 8.Adsorption of lead,cadmium and chromium have reached the maximum when the pH is 4.Of lead,cadmium and chromium removal rate is maximum when pH is 7.(3)With the extension of stress time,the Pleurotus Ostreatus boundary of quantity of lead and chromium accumulation of cadmium accumulation of quantity difference was not significant.To lead and chromium removal rate increases with the extension of time.(4)Adding different activators on the accumulation and adsorption ability of heavy metals of Pleurotus Ostreatus.Among them,oxalate to the accumulation of lead,cadmium and chromium promoting effect is the largest.Oxalate is the lead role in promoting the maximum adsorption,EDTA to the adsorption of cadmium promoting effect is the largest.GLDA to the adsorption of chromium promoting effect is the largest.From the above results,Pleurotus Ostreatus to lead,cadmium and chromium have obvious accumulation and adsorption;In the neutral alkaline environment,Pleurotus Ostreatus to the accumulation of lead and cadmium,accumulation of chromium in the acidic environment is stronger;In the acidic environment,Pleurotus Ostreatus to the adsorption effect of lead,cadmium and chromium are stronger.Adding oxalic acid medium can significantly improve the accumulations and adsorptions to lead,cadmium of Pleurotus Ostreatus.Thus,Pleurotus Ostreatus can be used as a potential strains of the advantages of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation.
