Due to the limitations of the total area of agricultural land and per capita cultivated land area in our country,crop-continuous cultivation phenomenon is relatively common,micro ecology and soil nutrient balance was badly damaged.It is also responsible for the crop soil borne disease onset severe,the root cause of the lower yield and quality.Facing the reality of tobacco production in large area crop rotation is difficult to implement,development does not rely on crop rotation and improve and repair method of soil microbial ecology,is great significance to promoting the development of tobacco production and controlling soil-borne disease.Through this study in fuzhou field experiment and indoor analysis,compare the determination of the two kinds of ecological carbon fertilizer(C40,M20)and different doses ecosystem carbon fertilizer C40 after processing,the diversity of soil culturable bacteria,organic carbon content,soil enzyme activity(cellulase,amylase and sucrase)change,and to investigate the botany character and the disease resistance of tobacco plant,thus to evaluate ecological carbon micro fertilizer on soil ecological restoration effect.The experimental results showed that:1)Applied ecological carbon fertilizer can raise soil bacterial diversity.Two kinds of ecological carbon fertilizer C40 and M20,can improve the diversity of soil bacteria and the number of culturable bacteria in the soil.In the maturity of tobacco,the processing of C40 and M20 culturable bacteria respectively increased 112.88% and 297.92% compared with CK,the effect is remarkable.In applying the ecological carbon fertilizer doses of C40 during 300-900kg/hm2,with the increase of applying ecological carbon fertilizer dose,soil bacterial diversity and the number of culturable bacteria are also increase.2)Applied ecological carbon fertilizer can increase the content of soil organic carbon.Two kinds of ecological carbon fertilizer,both C40 and M20,can promote the growth of soil organic carbon content,in the whole growing period of tobacco and achieves significant difference compared with CK.In different doses of C40 experiment,applying ecological carbon fertilizer dosage is proportional to the content of soil organic carbon.3)Applied ecological carbon fertilizer can improve the soil enzyme activity,the increase of soil enzyme activity reached significant level,especially in tobacco later growth stage.In tobacco growth prophase,M20 can better improve the soil invertase activity than C40;C40 can be faster to improve soil cellulase and amylase activity in tobacco at later growth stage.In different doses of C40 experiment,application of 900 Kg/hm2 on tobacco growth prophase amylase and sucrase activity has certain inhibition,but the most significant effect of the improvement of cellulose enzyme activity.Applied 300 Kg/hm2 on tobacco growth cellulose enzyme activity to improve the most obvious.4)Applied ecological carbon fertilizer can improve the botany traits of tobacco and disease resistance.In different doses of the ecological carbon fertilizer C40 experiment,applied 300Kg/hm2 and 600 Kg/hm2 can promote the largest tobacco of foliage area increase,but in the 900Kg/hm2 have certain inhibition.Application of ecological carbon fertilizer also improves the ability of tobacco resistance mosaic and climate spot,but it did not reached at significant difference.Ecological carbon fertilizer have distinct improve control effect on tobacco bacterial wilt,and M20 effect is greater than the C40.Different doses of ecological charcoal fertilizer C40 mosaic disease prevention and treatment effect was not significant,but the 600 Kg / hm2 in C40 tobacco climate plaque and bacterial wilt most obvious,and without the application of ecological charcoal fertilizer compared to a control difference significant.5)Applied ecological carbon fertilizer can improve the chemical composition of tobacco and dry weight.ecological carbon fertilizer M20 can reduce tobacco chloride,potassium,total sugar,sugar/alkali;increase in tobacco nicotine,total nitrogen and potassium/chloride;Applying ecological carbon fertilizer dosage can also influence,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium content in tobacco with the increase of applying ecological carbon fertilizer content has a tendency to reduce,the content of reducing sugar and total sugar increased with applied ecological carbon fertilizer increases,nitrogen/nicotine,sugar/alkali also along with the application of ecological carbon increases with increasing the amount of C40,and more tend to appropriate value,improve the quality of the tobacco.Based on the results,that the application of ecological charcoal fertilizer can be increased to improve the continuous cropping tobacco field soil micro-ecosystem conducive to the healthy development of the tobacco,is a green technology has a large potential prevention and control on tobacco production.
