In this paper, the abundance of new wheat varieties of superior growth characteristics on the10 th, and nutritional characteristics of panicle key technology research, through the different stages of differentiation of small wheat biological observation, a clear spike leaf growth and differentiation of correspondence, decided to explore the leaf technology heading fertilizer in order to determine the influence of different leaf number of panicle administration of the high-yielding wheat.Research results are as follows:(1) wheat in Guiyang in the whole growth period for 192 days, 12 leaves and leaf number and each growth period and spike differentiation were and wheat leaf age exist corresponding relation and wheat bootstrap 4 leaf period into tillers, also began to enter the ear differentiation, in the exhibition leaves from 7 a.m.to 12 leaves, wheat in jointing stage to booting stage, wheat from vegetative growth transition to reproductive growth, tillering in 12 leaves stop began heading. The exhibition of 8 leaves as the critical period of effective tiller in wheat.(2) the accumulation of photosynthetic products in all wheat plants showed a slow fast slow.Before tillering stage dry matter accumulation intensity is small, at tillering to heading and flowering period of dry matter accumulation rate increased, reached the peak value of the growth and development and heading spike dry matter accumulation rate reached the maximum. The distribution rate of dry matter in wheat organs was as follows: stem > leaf > root > ear.(3) the distribution of nitrogen content in different organs of wheat was leaf > stem > root >spike. Whole plant nitrogen accumulation mainly in tillering stage to heading stage, nitrogen absorption peak at booting stage is nitrogen for maximum nutritional efficiency period. The potassium uptake of wheat was only next to nitrogen, and the change of phosphorus and potassium content in wheat was in the early stage, and decreased in the later stage. The distribution of relative contents of phosphorus and potassium in different organs was showed as stem > leaf >root > ear. The accumulation of P and K in the whole plant was mainly in tillering to heading stage,and the peak of P and K were in the heading stage, which was the maximum nutrient efficiency of the phosphorus and potassium in wheat.(4) ear fertilizer ratio increased, maximum height, basal internodes thicker, effectively avoid lodging; increased leaf area, chlorophyll content, improved after heading leaf morphology,increased leaf source capacity(LSC), promote wheat grain filling and increase the yield.(5) under the same amount and fertilization, in seven leaf 1 heart(floret differentiation stage)application of panicle fertilizer, promote the basal internode elongation, ensure line between ventilation and light transmission; is conducive to the floret differentiation to prevent degradation of the flowers and prevent degradation of tillering, reduce ineffective tillers, increasing grain number per spike and improve the seed setting rate, namely in the 7 leaves Shi panicle fertilizer can better coordinate grain structure, improve the seed setting rate, yield, is the abundance of excellent 10 best wheat fertilization period.
