In this paper, the genetic diversity of 51 white grains of corn inbred lines were detected by Simple sequence repeats(SSRs) marker, and the relatives of them were classified preliminarily through clustering by UPGMA clustering analysis.The objectives of fellow study were to evaluate agronomic characters combining ability and heterosis of 16 inbred lines selected form 51 white maize, ten inbred lines were test-crossed with six tester in an NC ? genetic mating design,60 hybrid combination were evaluated in 2015 at Anshun, Guiyang, and Kaili in Guizhou province. The results showed that:1, SSR marker analysis showed that 35 of core primer 155 alleles were detected, the range of 2-8, an average of 4.42. Polymorphism information content(PIC) of each site range of 0.4926 to 0.8749, with an average of 0.7365. 51 white grain of maize inbred lines genetic similarity coefficient(GS) range of 0.2129 to 0.9419, with an average of 0.4607. C lustering according to UPGMA cluster analysis, when the threshold is 0.43, the 51 white grains of corn inbred lines are divided into six groups.2, Combined analysis of variance showed that among three sites, in addition to the stem diameter, ear length, row grain number difference was not significant, other properties reached significant or extremely significant level. Combination, sites with combination effect reached extremely significant level. P1(tester) GCA variances in addition to the stem diameter, ear position under wide, tassel spindle length, ear length, bald tip and hundred kernel weight difference can not reach significant level, the other traits were significant or extremely significant level, P2( inbred lines) GC A variances in addition to the width of ear leaf, bald tip and the seed rate was not significant, other characters have reached extremely significant level. The SC A variance(P2×P1) of 15 agronomic traits reached extremely significant level. In short, most of traits have differences between combinations and sites.3, 16 white grain of maize inbred lines in general combining ability analysis showed that: Inbred 325 in comprehensive properties such as yield GCA is remarkable performance, using it as a parent can make up yielding hybrids with a good comprehensive characters,lodging resistance,long ears,big ear,k ernel weight heavy. 343 easy to use more grains, long spike, number of branches and male long spindle, bald small crosses.331 can be equipped with a long spike, kernel weight large high yields.368 can be equipped with the more rows per ear, ear big combina tions. 373 easy to travel with more grains, long spike length combinations, while the other is not high GCA inbred in the application process should be improved.4, 60 hybrid combinations of special combining ability analysis showed that : Combining ability among different traits showed positive and negative effects, and there is a greater difference between the range of variation.Yield positive effects of a combination of 33, ranged from-17.90 to 17.90, 368×344 was maximum. The umber of rows per ear positive effects of 26 combination, ranged from-8.12 to 11.20, 368×329 effect maximum value. Row grains positive effect is 30 combination, ranged from-8.77 to 6.68,331×323 highest effect. 100 seed weight is a combination of 30 positive effects, ranged from-11.37 to 13.19,331×324 highest. Seed yield positive effect of a combination of 34, ranged from-5.88 to 3.15. 30 combinations of spike length positive effect, ranged from-9.17 to 8.52,341×326 effect maximum. 31 combinations of ear diameter positive effect, ranged from-9.17 to 8.52,327×324 maximum.33 combination effect of stem diameter positive effect, ranged from-12.72 to 9.99,344×326 is the highest.Plant height have 30 combinations positive effect, ranged-6.55~6.12.Ear height have 33 combinations positive effect, ranged-9.26~21.21.The length of ear leaf ear leaf have 31 combination of positive effect, ranged-10.19~7.73. The width of ear leaf have 25 combination of positive effect, the amplitude of-8.74 to 10.89.Male flower branch number of positive effect of combination of 32 and amplitude for-23.46~32.48.Male spindle length is the combined effects of 28, ranged-13.42~833.5, To yield and the total combining ability effect value, general combining ability and special combining ability of correlation analysis showed that the yield and its general combining ability effect was significantly positive correlation(R2 = 0.982), the total yield combining ability effect size order with the production results of basic consistent arrangement.Yield and its general combining ability were the general combining ability, general combining ability and special combining ability of male parent was significantly positively related, and the correlatio n coefficient is close to.General combining ability and special combining ability no relationship.6, Guinongyu 889 as comparison, analysis of 60 hybrid combination control heterosis, yield results show that: 325×329, 325×329, 325×324, 368×329, 368×323, 373×324, 373×323, 325×344, 325×324 combined with a 5% increase in production, the combination of yield was 19.89% higher than that of the 325×329, 325 ×324 increase 18.57%, yield was 12.69% higher than that of the 340×324, 368×329 increase 12.32%, the four combinations to increase production above 10%, belong to the strong heterosis combination. Under test is 325, 331, 340 and 368 inbred lines and the test of 324, 344, 323 and 329, equipping combination more likely to get a high yield, has great potential use.7, 16 inbred lines, SSR molecular marker and special combining ability of clustering analysis showed that two kinds of clustering methods the pedigree and consistent, but there are also individual material deviation, forming reason and two kinds of methods which are based on basic data differences, SSR molecular marker less influenced by the environmental conditions, the clustering effect, efficiency is higher than that of the SCA clustering analysis.
