This article has proposed the optimization scheme against the problems through the analysis about the damaged parts and verified the theory and Practical on how to improve the store coefficient of the clutch. Through analyzing the main structure parameters about the disk spring, it improves the spring and the main clutch friction plate with low cost. The optimized clutch is able to meet.There are two features of the clutch optimized, one is with high quality, and the other is cheap.This study based on the analysis about the main parameters of the clutch and disk springs and other parts concluded that:(1) In response to different areas, selection of a clutch is needed to consider factors such as geographical restrictions;(2) In cases with limited structures, the clutch is improved based on the impact factors on the pressed force;(3) Optimal Design of Structure Parameter of clutch can be accomplished through the way of mathematical modeling.
