Wheat stripe rust is one of the main diseases, which seriously affects the yield and quality of wheat. It is mainly caused by Puccinia striiformis West. f.sp. tritici and occurs in the major wheat growing areas all over the word. The most economical and effective method to control wheat stripe rust is to cultivate wheat varieties with the durable resistance to wheat stripe rust. In this study, recombinant inbred lines F6 population formed by F2 which were obtained F1 coming from configuration combinations of Cappelle Desprez/Hui Xian Hong were used as materials. In October, 2014, those were planted in Tian Shui which was the high wheat stripe rust incidence region, and the resistance was detected in 2015, and then the 173 lines were used to wheat stripe rust resistance QTL. The results as following:?1? The high resistance to wheat stripe rust cultivars “Cappelle Desprez” and susceptible wheat stripe rust cultivars "huixianhong" were made combinations, F6 recombinant inbred lines were obtained from F2 by using single particle transfer method. Then the two parents and F6 recombinant inbred lines were identified and the severity was used as index of disease resistance, the maximum severity of Cappelle Despre ranged in 1-5%, the maximum severity of Hui Xian Hong ranged in 86-90%, The distribution of maximum severity presented a continuous distribution, and indicated that it was quantitative traits, the resistance might be controlled by multiple genes.?2?This study detected 5QTLs locating in chromosome of 1B, 2BS, 4AL and 5D in the 173 recombinant inbred lines by Ici Mapping2.2, and they were named as QYr.caas-1B.1, QYr.caas-1B.2, QYr.caas-2BS.1, QYr.caas-4AL.1 and QYr.caas-5D, explained 28.7790%, 19.3741%, 22.8428%, 15.2386% and 20.8159% of Phenotype mutation, respectively. The largest and stable QTL in the Tian Shui was QYr.caas-1B.1, which was located in the 1B chromosome and between the mark XGwm413 and XCfd20, the distance from XCfd20 is 18.03 c M. QYr.caas-1B.2 was located in the XCfd20 and XBarc188, and the distance from XCfd20 is 13.95 c M.These results showed that the Desprez Cappelle could be used as Resistant parent which made combination with the other better varieties. The offspring was chosen according to the agronomic traits and wheat stripe rust resistant-susceptible situation in the field and taking advantage of detected markers to make the adult plant resistance gene pyramiding of stripe rust will cultivate resistant wheat stripe rust varieties which have new and the better agronomic traits.
