The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and quality of hydroponics lettuce, in order to provide a guidance for the application of bio-organic fertilizer on vegetables in hydroponics, the results are as follows:Experiment 1: Effects of different concentrations of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and quality of hydroponics lettuce. Treatments as follows: CK, 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution, T1, 1000 times diluted with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution, T2, 2000 times diluted with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution, T3, 3000 times diluted with 1/2Hoagland nutrient solution, T4, 4000 times diluted with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution, T5,5000 times diluted with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution.The results show that compared with CK treatment, T2, T3, T4 and T5 treatments increased the yield and quality of lettuce, leaf length increased by 5.26%~10.88%, leaf width increased by 3.41%~10.87%, the number of leaves increased by 4.40%~11.07%,fresh weight of aboveground increased by 11.46%~23.96%, dry weight of aboveground increased by 5.22%~10.22%, soluble sugar content increased by 3.99%~16.52%, the nitrate content decreased by 12.76%~25.93%,contents of chlorophylla increased by6.78%~11.86%, content of chlorophyll b increased by 5.88%~17.65%, total chlorophyll contents increased by 7.89%~14.47%, carotenoid contents increased by 7.14%~14.29%. In hydroponic lettuce production with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution diluted 2000~5000 times could improve the yield and quality of lettuce, among them, T3 and T4 treatment had better effects, and there was no significant difference between T3 and T4 treatments.Experiment 2: The effects of different doses of Hoagland nutrient solution diluted bio-organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of lettuce. The treatments as follows: CK1,1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution, CK2, 3/8 Hoagland nutrient solution, CK3, 1/4 Hoagland nutrient solution, T1, 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution diluted 4000 times bio-organicfertilizer, T2, 3/8 Hoagland nutrient solution diluted with 4000 times bio-organic fertilizer,T3: 1/4 Hoagland nutrient solution diluted 4000 times. The results showed that:(1)Different doses of Hoagland nutrient solution for hydroponics lettuce, compared with the corresponding control,adding bio-organic fertilizer increased the yield and quality of lettuce.(2) Compared with CK1 treatment, T2 treatment significantly increased the yield and quality of lettuce, leaf number, fresh weight of aboveground and dry weight of aboveground increased by 16.28%, 16.40%, 24.69%, respectively, soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and Vc content increased by 18.06%, 24.52%, 17.08%, respectively,nitrate content decreased by 25.44%, the content of photosynthetic pigment was significantly increased, the root activity of lettuce was improved, increased the accumulation amount of total nitrogen, magnesium, zinc and other mineral elements.(3) Compared with T1 treatment, fresh weight of aboveground and dry weight of aboveground of T2 treatment increased significantly 9.71% 20.85%, VC content increased9.77%, soluble protein content increased significantly 7.54%, the content of soluble sugar increased by 12.5%, T2(3/8 with Hoagland nutrient solution diluted 4000 times bio-organic fertilizer) had best effects, and could save 1/8 dose nutrient solution.
