Subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA) is one of the nutrition metabolism diseases which occurs frequently in modern ruminant animal feeding process groups. The disease produces great economic losses to ruminant husbandry. In recent years, with China's expansion of the scale of farming, ruminant animal breeding is becoming more and more intensive, so mass nutrition metabolic disease rate is also increasing, especially in subacute acidosis. The hidden clinical symptoms brings great difficulties to diagnosis and treatment. The main reasons of the disease is pursuit of profit, low diameter, high precision feeding method, resulting in a large number of cattle and sheep feed intake in a short time which brings the exceeding rumen microbial fermentation of carbohydrates to generate lots of volatile fatty acids(including acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid and lactic acid, etc.). They could cause the accumulation of organic acids in the rumen, decreasing of p H and SARA. SARA can often cause systemic inflammatory response that can lead to laminitis, immuno suppression, the vena cava syndrome and systemic inflammatory diseases. At present, studies have shown that yeast brings very positive effect to rumen microorganisms, such as maintenance of the rumen p H,the prevention of acid and poisoning, promoting growth and improving digestibility of cellulose. The metabolism of yeasts canproduce a variety of probiotic factors and nutrients, which can repair the damages of rumen epithelium under the environment of low rumen p H.It also can help build the rumen afresh quickly, so as to change the fermentation pattern. Therefore, in this study we established the goat SARA model, and carries on the yeast complex probiotics compared with gavage, measured the parameters changes before and after administration of goat in rumen liquid and blood to evaluate the yeast probiotics fed therapeutic effect on SARA.We chose the similar age, weight and body condition of healthy meat goat as the experimental animal in the normal diet on the increasing gradient of roughage ratio to establish the goat SARA model. According to the four stage of breeding of concentrate and roughage ratio of different points, then we determined the physiological and biochemical indexes of gastric juice and blood of goats in every stage, explored the changes occurred in the process of SARA in the clear body of each internal environment parameters. The results showed that in goat of SARA, the rumen p H was decreased, the total concentration of VFAs and each component were increased in rumen liquid and blood, the proportion of acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid ratio was declined with the changes of rumen fermentation pattern. The concentrate of LPS and histamine in rumen fluid and blood showed that SARA could lead to local and systemic inflammatory responses. The concentration of HCO3- in the blood decreased slightly, indicating thath the body light acid poisoning reduced. The concentrations of Na+,BUN, ALB, GLB and TP were increased, suggesting that the body electrolyte were imbalanced and dehydrated. The irrigation yest in test suited by Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis,Burton Pichia yeast and Aspergillus oryzae. The results showed that ruminal p Hand the total VFAs in blood were increased. The concentrations of endotoxin and histamine in rumen liquid and blood were decreased, which showed that the rumen inflammation also reduced. The increasing concentration of HCO3- in the blood indicated the alleviated acidosis. A significant decrease of Na+ concentration in the blood showed that electrolyte balance recovered from the dehydration. The above results showed that yeast composite probiotics promoted SARA recovered from the harm caused by acidosis in goats which defined the therapeutic effect of yeast on SARA.
