In recent years, the long-terms use of pesticides produced resistance effects for pests. The increasing pesticide resistance led to the high cost of agricultural activities and affects the quality of ecological environment. This study investigated the potion effects and resistance mechanism of Rhopalosiphumpadi at six places in Sichuan Province, and identified the resistance situation for Rhopalosiphumpadi. Furthermore, we ensured the subletha effect of dinotefuran on reproduction and growing of Rhopalosiphumpadi. which provide some information of preventing Rhopalosiphumpadi1. Resistance level of Rhopalosiphumpadi in different countyThe Rhopalosiphumpadi were collected at five counties, including Wenjiang. Chongzhou, Yanan and Mianyang respectively. After that, five pesticides namely Imidacloprid. Chlorpyrifos. Thiamethoxam, Isoprocarb. Beta cypermethrin and Acetamiprid were used to initiated biology analysis. The results indicated that Rhopalosiphumpadi populations to Chlorpyrifos resistance ratio in 5.0980?6.2048 between three counties of Chongzhou city and Mianyang City, are the low level of resistance; Chongzhou city and Dazhou County of Xuanhan City was resistance level to Imidacloprid. in 2.8626?4.2339; Populations in different regions were more sensitive to Isoprocarb. and the resistance ratio was below 3:The resistance ratio of the Xuanhan Chongzhou and Dazhou city in the 5.7453?3.1603, which is a low level of resistance in 2016. and in 2015 for the sensitivity to reduce, showing the trend of reducing the level of resistance; Dazhou city Xuanhan county also has a high level of resistance to Acetamiprid belongs to decreased sensitivity; Chongzhou city and Mianyang City, the populations to Beta cypermethrin resistance ratio in the 2.3064? 4.3850,2015 belongs to the level of sensitivity reduction. Resistance levels in 2016 are sensitive.and showed a decreasing trend.2. Metabolic resistance level of Rhopalosiphumpadi in different countyWe analyzed the activity of three major detoxifying enzyme, including carboxylesterase.Glutathione S- transferase and multi-function oxidase O-demethylation. The results show that the regional carboxylesterase activity is higher, and with state and dazhou more prominent part, for the comparison of 5.16 and 4.02 times; The area of Rhopalosiphum padi carboxylesterase activity and control strains had no significant difference; The activity of sensitive strains of O-demethylation multi-function oxidase have significant differences in all regions, among them the most significant difference was found in Chongzhou3. The subletha effect of dinotefuran to RhopalosiphumpadiUsing the laboratory breeding Rhopalosiphumpadi with was more than 30 generationsas a sensitive strain. Results show that the use of dinotefuran processed Rhopalosiphumpadi make its daily net quality less than control; The dinotefuran effects on parental adult dinotefuran characterized by low fertility and a shortened life; Thedinotefuran effects on offspring reproductive performance for longer if aphid average generation and complete period, shorten the life of the aphid and aphid production period of time, thereby reducing the total amount of aphid. Sublethal doses of dinotefuran seriously inhibit the growth of Rhopalosiphumpadi and reproductive capacity, which can cause grain valley constricted pipe aphid population density decrease, achieved the effect of continuous control.
