Kiwifruit bacterial canker disease is a destructive disease, which has typical features such as fast and wide spread, strong pathogenicity, difficult to eradicate. Therefore, it causes great economic losses in kiwifruit production, seriously restricting the healthy development of the world kiwifruit industry. This thesis is targeting the kiwifruit canker of Hongyang in Cangxi County as the research object. The methodology were based on isolation and purification of pathogenic bacteria of kiwifruit canker, identification 16S-23S rDNA molecular, study on the bacteriostasis of crude two kinds of insect antimicrobial peptides of kiwifruit bacterial canker, and virulence determination and control test in the field of local common agents in Cangxi County. The results we got were as follows: 1 The pathogenic bacteria of kiwifruit canker were isolated and purified and molecular identification were conducted afterwardsWe collected five copies of the sense of disease leaves and branches in HongYang which is the main producing areas of kiwifruit in Cangxi County, Sichuan Province, and then isolated and purified the pathogenic bacteria in the test. The isolated pathogenic bacteria sequences of 16S-23S rDNA were processed by PCR amplification, nucleotide sequencing, similarity analysis and identification by using specific primers of kiwifruit bacterial canker. The result pathogenic bacteria of kiwifruit bacterial canke was identified as Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae in the kiwifruit main producing areas of Cangxi County, Sichuan 2. Bacteriostasis effect of two kinds of insect antimicrobial peptides crude extract on the PsaAntimicrobial peptides were produced by using the Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae as inducing source to stimulating the housefly (Musca domestica) and larva and pupa of mealwormsz (Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus), which were crude extracted in 24h and 48h respectively. The antibacterial effect of crude insect antimicrobial peptides on Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae were obtained by filter paper method. The crude insect antimicrobial peptides of housefly and larva and pupa of mealwormsz all have bacteriostasis on Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae regardless of extraction at different time points. And the inhibitory zone diameter is significantly larger than those in the non-induced group, the crude insect antimicrobial peptides of non-induced group has no effect on Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae, and inhibitory zone diameter effects of the crude antimicrobial peptides induced by 48h of housefly larvae and mealwormsz larvae on Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae is larger than inhibitory zone diameter induced by 24h.3. The virulence determination result of three agents on PsaThe virulence determination of three agents on Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae was conducted by Oxford cup horizontal diffusion method. Results showed that Kuifuqing is the most sensitive on Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae, and it has obvious bacteriostatic effect, moreover, the EC50 value is only 0.1 mg/L. Secondly, The EC50 values of Benziothiazolinone was 139.23 mg/L. and the streptomycin is the most insensitive one, whose EC50 value was 3318.02 mg/L. However, the thoroughness of antimicrobial effect of benziothiazolinone and streptomycin is better than Kuifuqing.4. The control experiments on kiwifruit bacterial canker in the fieldThe control experiments of three major agents on kiwifruit bacterial canker were conducted in the field by different treatment methods, and it has large difference with virulence determination in laboratory. The control effect of Kuifuqing and streptomycin is greater than benziothiazolinone, meanwhile, the control effect of benziothiazolinone is very terrible. The effect on the control of kiwifruit bacterial canker with spray treatment by Kuifuqing, streptomycin and benziothiazolinone are 26.27%-63.20%,43.37%,40.23% respectively. In total, the entire spray treatment is better than other treatments, the control effect of root irrigation is useless.
