| In recent years, dog breeding in Changsha has been rising, the morbidity of CDV has been also increasing constantly, which lead to the prevention of CDV be more and more difficult; the early stage of CDV infectious symptom is not obvious and the clinic period symptom is complex, these are the main reason of the difficulty of clinic diagnose. This paper researches on it though two relative experiments.The first experiment is a survey of infect condition of CDV in Changsha. The feature of CDV epidemic has intimate connection with season, age and immune situation. In order to make further research in the relation between CDV attack and each factor and make promote in the prevention of CDV, this paper has statistic analyzed the condition of CDV infected in five areas in Changsha. The result shows that the morbidity of CDV relates to the difference of areas, the area which economic condition is fall behind relatively has the high morbidity. And it also relates to the immune situation, dogs which accomplish with more than three times'immune have the lower morbidity than the inadequacy immune ones. It can also relate to the season change. Obviously, the morbidity in the months of March to April and October to November is higher than other months. It relates to dog's age, too. Dog which is only two to ten months age have the highest morbidity. It relates to the brand of vaccines, imported vaccines has lower morbidity than domestic vaccines. According to the result of the investigation, the author believes that the epidemic of CDV is caused by many kinds of factors, therefore, in the aspect of CDV prevention, we should complete the vaccines system of CDV, choose the good vaccines, and do not forget the regular vaccination. Dog breeding ought to be normalization and scientization, periodic disinfection. In case of totally outbreak, the masters should control the spread of the virus and quarantine as soon as possible.The second experiment is the diagnosis of CDV with RT-PCR method. Clinic generally use Colloidal Gold-Labeled method to detect the dog which has infected by CDV, but people always suspect to the veracity of the detect result. In order to have further research to the veracity of the Colloidal Gold-Labeled method and research the reasons of the misdiagnosis of CDV, the author adopts RT-PCR detection method to verify the accuracy rate of Colloidal Gold-Labeled method and identifies the cases of misdiagnosis. As the result shows, the detection results of the 41 random drawings are negative with the test method of Colloidal Gold-Labeled method, RT-PCR method has detected 3 positive ones, it can demonstrate that the misdiagnosis rate of Colloidal Gold-Labeled method is 7.32%(3/41).The reasons of misdiagnosis are the follows:Colloidal Gold-Labeled method detects out false negative samples, the symptom of early infected dog is not obvious, secondary infect, clinical symptoms are diversity. The author believes that the early stage of CDV should use RT-PCR method to diagnose infected dogs when the symptom is not obvious and adopt Colloidal Gold-Labeled method in Clinical period. |
