| China is the world's one of the first countries to grow oilseed rape, the planting area of perennial oilseed rape is over 110 million mu, occupying over one third of the total output in the world. The mechanized harvesting methods of oilseed rape include combine harvesting and swath harvesting. For a long period in the future, two kinds of harvesting way will be co-existing. Oilseed rape swather is one of the necessary mechanized equipment for swath harvesting.This paper has developed a horizontal oilseed rape swather header, realizing swath harvesting of oilseed rape. The following research work was carried out:(1) The mechanized harvesting ways of oilseed rape at home and abroad were classified and compared. The general structure of the horizontal oilseed rape swather header was designed, the working principle and process of the swather was explained and the structure and motion parameters of this machine were given. The cutter device, the conveyer device and the divider device of the header were designed and analyzed. The 3-D entity model of the header was established based on SOLIDWORKS.(2) The dynamic model of rape plant delivery on the header was established based on ADAMS software. Parameterized simulation analysis was made on the influence of inclination angle of the header, the inclination angle of the discharge plate, the delivery speed on the laying quality and it was concluded that the best inclination angle of the header was 15 degrees and the inclination angle of the discharge plate was 45 degrees.(3) The trial-manufacture process of the horizontal oilseed rape swather was concluded. The development process of two-wheeled model machines, the field feasibility test and the defects were explained and the improving measures were given out.(4) The field trail of 4SY-2.0 horizontal oilseed rape swather indicates that this swather can achieve design requirements of efficient cutting, dividing, smooth delivering and uniform laying. |
