This study is mian about exploring the basic characteristics of the rape growth and differences under the cultural practices by using two factor comparison test of the cultivation methods and transplanting period..It also analysis the different cultivation measures in the process of rapeseed growth under the influence of ecologocal factors, such as temperature, light, moisture and analysis how does these factors influence the rape growth. It provide a theoretical basis for rice-rice-rape multicropping rapeseed under ridge cultivation under the suitable range of transplanting. The results of the studies are listed as follows:1. Under the processing of Y2-Y3, it is beneficial for dry matter accumulation, contribute to the number of accumulative total number of leaves, green leaves extract, leaf area expansion, the growth of the plant height, dry matter accumulation, the percentage of root hair root force, root dry weight per plant, root volume, root diameter, average level of lateral root number, root length, root activity increased. Effective branch height is reduced, an effective branch number, secondary branch number, the total number of pod increased and seed number per pod decreased, it is not significant for thousand seed weight, yield is higher. So on September 17 to 22, sowing seeds, October 17-22 transplanted is optimal transplanting rapeseed for rice-rice-rape multicropping rapeseed under ridge cultivation.2.Ridge culture in favour of reduce the adverse impacts on the accumulation of dry matter of transplanting delay, more conducive to rape growth, increase production of rapeseed than the conventional flat planting.3.Rape growing process was affected by ecologocal factors reached significant level. The number of days required for each growth period was significant or very significant positive correlative with temperature index in different soil.4.Yield was significant positive correlated with accumulated soil temperature in 5cm soil, average temperature and accumulated soil temperature in 10cm soil, and was positive correlation with average temperature and accumulated soil temperature in 15cm soil.5. Ecologocal factors in transplanting-mature stage firstly increase and then decrease with the delay of transplanting period. Ecologocal factors are total radiation, precipitation, humidity, evaporation, average temperature, gas accumulated temperature, thousand seed weight, Except grain, effective branches height and the number of seed per pod have been less affected by the little change of ecologocal factors. And the total number of pod, yield, available primary branches, available secondary branches have been highly affected by the little change of ecologocal factors.
