Effects Of Feed Additives Lucta On Production And Health Of Early Lactation Cows

This study consists of three series:1.Effects of food additives Lucta on milk production and health of early lactation cows;2.Practical application of Lucta on milk production and health of early lactation cows.3.Mechanism of effects of Lucta on milk production and health of early lactation cows;1.Effects of food additives Lucta on production and health of early lactation cows.98 early lactation cows were used for two experiments:in experiment 1(68 Cows)and experiment 2(30ows)?Cows in two trials were divided into Lucta group and Control group.The cows in these two groups are allowed free to the feed and water,.In Lucta group the cows were feed Lucta 80 g/day with three times.Feeding experiment lasted for 120 days.During the experiment the feed intake,milk production,milk quality,rutting and breeding,body condition scoring and other related production index were measured.Statistical results show that Lucta significantly increases the cows feed intake;Significantly increases the milk yield of delivery 1 month cows and the first-born cows;Lucta significantly increases the body condition score of dairy cows;Lucta reduces the times of breeding to get cows pregnancy and the interval from birth to conception,but no significant difference in these reproductive index;Lucta reduced the incidence of recessive mastitis cows,but the difference was not significant.2.Practical application of food additives Lucta on early lactation cows.220 early lactation cows were selected for study of this experiment.Cows were divided into two groups:Both these two groups of cow are allowed free to gather the feed and drinking water.In Lucta group the cows were feed Lucta 80 g/day with three times.Feeding experiment lasted for 120 days.During the experimental period,the feed intake,milk production,dairy products quality,body condition scoring and other related production index were measured.Statistical results show that Lucta can increase feed intake of dairy cows;Lucta can increase produce the milk of cows;Lucta can significantly increase the cow body condition score.3.Mechanism of effects of Lucta on milk production and health of early lactation cows.98 early lactation cows in series 1 were uesed for study.Blood samples from tail vein were collected before morning feeding on d 30 of experiment.Serum separation,then stored in refrigerator.The serum was obtained and tested for the energy metabolism index,antioxidant index,reproductive related index and immune related index.The results show that Lucta increases concentrations of T3,T4,Insulin,Glu and PUN,but reduces BHBA,NEFA,TG and T-CHO in the serum;Lucta increases SOD and T-AOC content,but reduces MDA content;Lucta increases in serum LH,FSH and E2;Lucta increases the serum IL-2 levels,but reduces the concentrations of IL-6.These results indicat that Lucta fed to early lactation cows can improve their energy metabolism,enhance antioxidant levels,reproductive performance and immune ability.
