Most of our greenhouse application practice still follow the conventional spray method of manual sprayer,which is harmful to the operator and has low working efficiency.In order to ensure the control effect,the times of spraying and the dosage of medicine are often increased,which causes the agricultural environment such as soil and water Pollution,resulting in excessive pesticide residues and increasing resistance to pests and diseases.The heat sensitive drug smoke machine has the advantages of large noise and serious pollution,and the atmospheric temperature fog machine has the advantages of large volume,high cost and uneven application.They are not suitable for popularizing in the current greenhouse pesticide application in our country.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a spraying device with low droplet diameter,high deposition rate of foliar droplets,which can reduce pesticide application rate and be easy to promote the application of pest control,low toxicity,precision and high efficiency.The research of this subject includes the research of the second atomization mechanism of air explosion and the development of portable room temperature smoke machine.The mechanism of gas blasting includes specific mechanism research and parameter optimization.The portable atmospheric temperature smoke machine based on the secondary atomization of gas explosion mainly consists of air supply,power supply,gas storage device,storage device,control center,actuator and nozzle nozzle.The secondary atomization method in this project mainly utilizes the atomizing nozzle to finish the first atomization,and uses the airflow blasting to complete the second atomization,which reduces the diameter of the droplet and increases the attachment Rate.At the same time the use of gas cylinders pressurized way to achieve the pulse air,in order to replace the air compressor to produce high pressure,reducing the equipment size and costs.The device uses power as the power of the entire equipment and has no emissions,low noise,low cost of use.The portable design can increase the adaptability of the equipment and reduces the cost of the equipment,therefore it is more convenient to be popularized in our country.By using the computational fluid dynamics FLUENT software,the internal flow field of the key part of the system is simulated,and the relatively reasonable nozzle structure is selected,and the best blasting pressure is found by atomizing simulation of the blasting system.At the same time,the simulation of the spray nozzle is carried out to find the best nozzle diameter and nozzle location.The influence of gas blasting on the secondary atomization of the droplets was verified by the indoor experiment.The droplet test was carried out by the oil pan.Through the analysis of the various experimental data,the effects of the pressure on the spray volume and the gas pressure on the atomization diameter are studied to find the best atomizing nozzle diameter and the pressure of the nozzle inlet.The results show that the droplet volume is less than 15 ?m,the secondary atomization performance is well,and it is satisfied that the droplet uniformity DR is above 0.74.
