In recent years,the genetic material in the genome of base specific chemical modification has attracted more and more attention in the field of life science,has become the hotspot of.DNA methylation belongs to epigenetic,it can not change the DNA molecular level structure under the condition of regulation of genome function,all kinds of life activities in plant life in the play,don't ignore regulation and control function.When the plants were under adverse environmental stress,plant expression in the process of regulation of DNA methylation changes in trace gene.In this study,Zheng 58,Chang 7-2 and its F1 hybrids as materials,the different concentration of salt stress on growth,determination of different salt concentrations of three materials of germination the potential germination rate,leaf samples taken at the same time.The whole genome methylation level detection and analysis to explore the regularity of the distribution of leaf samples in Maize under different salt concentration and presence of DNA methyl.The main results are as follows:(1)Through the eight maize germination test results of salt stress analysis,results showed that under salt stress in maize seed germination potential,germination rate of seed germination was significantly lower than that in normal circumstances,the material was subjected to salt stress influence degree is different,the material between the existence of differences in salt resistance.(2)By salt treatment,in the germination experiment of Maize Varieties in germination period of salt treatment overall methylation level is 27.99% ~ 36.98%.in the experiment group,the total methylation level was detected with an average of 28.79%,and this and other researchers in maize based wood anastomosis.(3)To maintain the methylation status of most digital point stress,methylation variation of the maximum variation rate is only for the stability of 10%.methylation,have important significance to maintain genomic stability.Semi methylation is a very unstable state,in response to stress,usually show significant the change.(4)After the stress of higher levels of methylation level to maintain a certain relationship with enhanced plant resistance.The methylation level of higher resistance materials were significantly higher than the parent value.In plant response to stress,high resistance material tended to methylation,poor resistance materials tended to demethylation,for this phenomenon is likely to use the anti stress pathway.(5)There was a significant difference in the level of methylation in the F1 level between the parents and the F1 generation after salt stress.The salt tolerance of the two generations was significantly different from that of the parents...
