Tetranychus cinnabarinusm(Boisduval) is a world-wide, multi-food and important agricultural pest mite. Stethorus punctillum Weise is an important predator of T. cinnabar inus. The relationship between the three levels of the host plant, insect (mite) and the natural enemies has been a hot research field in insect ecology. We study on the tritrophic interactions among the host-plants, T. cinnabar inus and S.punctillum, Results As Following:1 T.cinnabarinus of Zey mays, Solanum melongena, Vigna unguiculatu and Phaseolus vulgaris four host plants for S.punctillum choice reaction were determined by "Y" olfactometer and leaf disc test. The results show that, After being T.cinnabarinus sucking remove mites net mite dung, in healthy plants add mite mite feces, mechanical damage and healthy plants four treatments, the four host-plant by T.cinnabarinus puncture after removal of mite net of S.punctillum were the strongest attraction, followed by adding mites net mite dung treatment in healthy plants. In the treatment of 4 kinds of host plants being T.cinnabarinus sucking remove mites net mite dung, Z.mays were the most attractive and the weakest of the S.melongena. Results showed that the leaf disc test, The percentage of maize and bean leaf discs in the removal of mites for the S.punctillum were 33% and 30%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the other 2 host plant. In a word, in the 4 kinds of T.cinnabarinus host plants, Z.mays was the strongest attraction for S.punctillum.2 Comprehensive analysis of four kinds of host plant number of hairs on the lower surface of the leaves, wax layer content and leaf thickness. The number of hairs on the lower surface of the S.melongena was the most, which was 743.75 per square centimeter, the second is the P.vulgaris,658.50 per square centimeter, Z.mays leaf blade abaxially glabrous; The highest contents of wax layer with S.melongena,1.89 mg/g, was significantly higher than the other 3 host plant; The thickness of the S.melongena is the most thick, which is 51.57um, followed by the V.unguiculata, is 32.47?m, was significantly higher than the Z.mays and P.vulgaris.3 Determination of the feeding of Z.mays, S.melongena, V.unguiculata and P.vulgaris four different plants of T.cinnabarinus protein, soluble sugar and fat in the body. The content of protein in T.cinnabarinus to stab the highest absorption of Z.mays and Vunguiculata, respectively 14.74?g/mL and 14.41?g/mL; T.cinnabarinus soluble sugar by sucking S.melongena was the lowest,2.30 mg/g, significantly lower than the other three host plants; T.cinnabarinus fat by sucking V.unguiculata was the highest,6.22%, followed by the Z.mays and P.vulgaris, respectively 4.65% and 4.16%.4 Study of S.punctillum adults to puncture 4 different host plants T.cinnabarinus food utilization and conversion rate. The results show that, S.punctillum on sucking corn T.cinnabarinus intake is lowest,0.376mg/d, but feeding puncture Z.mays T.cinnabarinus when the food utilization rate, approximate digestibility and food conversion rate were feeding puncture V.unguiculata and S.melongena T.cinnabarinus, there was no significant difference. When feeding puncture Z.mays T.cinnabarinus the food use rate, approximate digestibility and food conversion rate respectively 44.076, 96.584,45.656; When feeding puncture V.unguiculata T.cinnabarinus the food use rate, approximate digestibility and food conversion rate respectively 37.442,96.632, 38.762; When feeding puncture S.melongena T.cinnabarinus the food use rate, approximate digestibility and food conversion rate respectively 36.644?97.494?37.61; Are all higher than that of the feeding puncture P.vulgaris T.cinnabarinus the food use rate, approximate digestibility and food conversion rate respectively 18.602?96.256? 19.344. In summary, Comprehensive analysis of the S.punctillum on different host plants on the utilization for T.cinnabarinus, for S.punctillum that T.cinnabarinus on Z.mays, V.unguiculata, S.melongena is suitable for food, and on P. vulgar is of T.cinnabarinus is inappropriate.
