The World Health Organization declares that about half of antimicrobial agents used in the farm all over the world,among them,the most in the sub-therapeutic dose added in the food and animal feed,in order to achieve the goal of preventing the disease or promoting the growth.Because of the unreasonable using of long-term and extensive antimicrobial selection pressure,antibacterial drug makes Escherichia coli resistance strain increase and drug resistance spectrum expanded,multiple resistant strains appeared in large numbers.The emergence of drug resistance poses a serious problem for the prevention and treatment of disease,antimicrobial agents develop drug resistance under the selection pressure,the type and quantity of resistant bacteria increased,passing the drug resistance gene on to their offspring and forming "libary of drug-resistant bacteria".Therefore,reducing the drug resistance of bacterial has become the focus of attention.On the actual development of the aquaculture industry at present,the rational use of drugs is the most suitable method.The drug combination is considered to be the effective way to solve the appearance of bacterial drug resistance.Therefore,actively carrying out the monitoring of drug resistance of Escherichia coli will make for curbing the occurrence and development of drug resistance of Escherichia coli.The rational use of antimicrobial drugs through the optimization combination,contribute to the prevention and treatment of colibacillosis.This paper collected sick swine disease in part of Shandong province,after the separation and purification of bacteria,using the method of bacterial culture characteristic test and biochemical test identify 79 stains of clinical isolates.Among them,there are 55 strains of pathogenic E.coli.Kirby Bauer-(K-B)method recommended by the WHO determine 79 strains of pathogenic strains about 17 kinds of antimicrobial drug resistance.Tracing broth dilution method is used to determine dysentery bacterial net,cefotaxime sodium,Levofloxacin,fluorine benzene nicol,neomycin,sticky bacillus and doxycycline,respectively,for the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of drug resistant strains of e.coli.The method by using 6*6 chessboard,respectively determine the dysentery bacteria net,cefotaxime sodium,Levofloxacin,fluorine benzene nicol,neomycin,sticky bacillus and doxycycline antibiotic combination of two joint antibacterial activity in vitro.It shows that the microscopic examination,culture characteristics and biochemical experiment illustrate that the separation of clinical strains of 79 strains of e.coli.Drug susceptibility test results show that 79 strains of e.coli clinical isolated to red mildew resistance is high(100%of 5 areas),to ampicillin(100%of 4 regions),to sulfadiazine(100%of 3 regions);to polymyxin sensitive rate as high as 100%,followed by amikacin resistant rate is only 10.1%.In addition as a third kind of cefazolin,cefotaxime also showed high sensitivity,resistance to 21.51%.In addition,in recent years in the clinical commonly used of the third generation of quinolones,there are different levels of resistance,in which to ciprofloxacin,the highest percentages of 82.27%.79 strains of e.coli is relatively sensitive quinolones,in turn,to Lomefloxacin 15.19%,to Gatifloxacin 20.2%,to Enrofloxacin 21.51%,to Levofloxacin 26.58%and to Norfloxacin 27.84%,streptomycin,chloramphenicol,compound new Ming,fluorine benzene ni,doxycycline,Gentamicin's resistance were all over 58%,and were 74.68%,62.00%,91.10%,89.80%,58.22%,72.15%respectively.Basic cot be used in clinical treatment.Dysentery bacteria net,cefotaxime sodium,levofloxacin,fluorine benzene ni,neomycin,sticky coli,doxycycline on different sources e.coli has certain antibacterial activity in vitro,the MIC value respectively 16?1024?g/mL?16-128?g/mL?2?32?g/mL?32?1024?g/mL?8?512?g/mL?64-1024?g/mL?8?1024?g/mL.According to the results of combined drug sensitive test show that control the quality of the fungus ATCC25922 and clinical isolates,the joint of the two drugs in vitro bacteriostasis experiment results vary,dysentery bacteria net and neomycin were part of the synergy(41.7%)and additive effect(58.3%);Net and fluorine benzene nicol,dysentery bacteria mainly additive effect(75%).Doxycycline and neomycin synergy(83.4%);Doxycycline has nothing to do with the sticky coli element into effect(100%).Fluorine benzene nicol,with sticky bacillus part into a collaborative,part of the additive effect(41.7%).Levofloxacin and cefotaxime sodium part addition,some synergy(50%).
