Study On Control Of XQ Bio-control Bacteria On Tobacco Bacterial Wilt And The Effects Of Growth And Development Of Tobacco Plant Of Guzhang County

This paper studies the impact of the use of XQ bio-control bacteria at Guzhang on control tobacco bacterial wilt as well as the number of different application XQ bio-control bacteria on control tobacco bacterial wilt, and the influence on flue-cured tobacco growth and development, the results showed that:flue-cured tobacco growing better after application of XQ bio-control bacteria, tobacco bacterial wilt incidence decreased to 10.20%, disease index decreased to 3.85%, the relative control effect increased to 81.87%, tobacco and better physical properties after curing tobacco, internal chemical ingredients of tobacco suitable, in the upper tobacco ratio increased to 92.15%, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco increased significantly.In the eyes of application different number of XQ bio-control bacteria, flue-cured tobacco bacterial wilt incidence, disease index with the increase in the number of XQ bio-control bacteria spray decreases, increase economic efficiency as spraying XQ bio-control bacteria number gradually increased. A3 prevention was better, bacterial wilt incidence decreased to 9.35%, disease index decreased to 3.44%, the relative control effect increased to 85.26%, in the upper tobacco ratio increased to 92.50%. Comprehensive tobacco agronomic traits, yield and quality of tobacco control effect of bacterial wilt after baked view, T1 treatment that is administered XQ bio-control bacteria with better control effect, A3 treatment that is administered three times XQ bio-control bacteria with better control effect.
