This study was to explore the effect of different amount of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer on planting soil improvement and quality flue-cured tobacco production, systematically analyzed the dynamic changes of soils physical and chemical properties, tobacco agronomic traits, photosynthesis, leaf area index and yield and quality evaluation after each treatment apply biochar and nitrogen fertilizer, the results show:biochar treated with nitrogen fertilizer than conventional treatment soil pore structure has been improved, soil moisture has been increased, soil-related activity has been increased, biochar and nitrogen fertilizer could significantly affect soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available potassium, organic matter content and pH, it can effectively control the release of soil nutrients. The amount of biochar application 300kg/667m2 is not conducive to tobacco dry matter accumulation and mature yellowing tobacco timely, appropriate biochar and nitrogen fertilizer ratio of net photosynthetic rate of tobacco can be controlled to prevent tobacco greedy green late to improve the quality of tobacco, by the application of the biochar can significantly reduce the incidence of mosaic disease more than 50%. After baking tobacco leaf stem ratio is lowafter application of biochar, leaf thickness was positively correlated with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, A2B2 is the Chemical composition ratio coordination treatment, the amount of applying biochar and reasonable proportion of nitrogen fertilizer can significantly improve the quality of tobacco, increase output. Synthesis above, a reasonable allocation of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer on plant Soil has some amelioration, which can significantly reduce disease and improve the yield and quality of tobacco. The processing of A2B2 that the amount of biochar application was 250kg/667m2 and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer was 7.5kg/667m2 was the best combination.
