The experiment was conducted to study on the determination of energy requirement in rearing and lactation period of Laoshan dairy goat, in order to provide a theoretical basis of scientific breeding and feeding standard for Laoshan dairy goat in rearing and lactation period.1. Study on energy requirement of Laoshan Dairy Goat in rearing periodThirty,6-months-old weaning Laoshan dairy goat female lambs with an average weight?17.43+ 0.76?kg were used by single-factor randomized design and equally divided into 3 groups, with 10 replications per group and 1 lambs per replication. Three groups of the experiment were respectively fed consistent protein, fiber and calcium phosphorus levels, but different energy level ?DE? ?10.40MJ/kg, 11.47MJ/kg and 12.51MJ/kg? of three kinds of fodder. Body weight, body size and serum biochemical parameters were determined regularly. Nitrogen intake, fecal nitrogen, urinary nitrogen excretion and energy deposition rate of Laoshan dairy goat in rearing period were determined by digestion and metabolism experiment and slaughtering test respectively.Result of the research showed that the increasing the dietary DE levels can improve the ADG and the growth of body size of Laoshan dairy goat?P<0.05?; Bust, waist circumference and rump length were significantly different?P<0.05?, but the body height, body length, chest depth, chest width, recommended width, rump height and the circumference no significant effect?P>0.05?; Energy level has a significant impact on the Laoshan dairy goat blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels?P<0.05?; Serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase activity and total protein, albumin and globulin content had no significant effect?P>0.05?. Test weight of sheep increased with dietary energy level was a significant upward trend?P<0.05?; Different energy levels have a significant impact on the rate of slaughter sheep?P<0.05?; But it had no effect on carcass meat percentage?P>0.05?; Energy level 10.40MJ/kg group samples of liver, lung and kidney organ index was significantly higher than 12.51MJ/kg group?P<0.05?, but11.47MJ/kg group had no significant difference?P>0.05?.Laoshan dairy goat rearing of energy requirement formula:DE ?MJ/d?=0.675W0.75+0.110ADGME ?MJ/d?=0.526W0.75+0.076ADGIn formulas:DE is digestible energy requirement?MJ/d?, ME metabolic energy requirement?MJ/d?, W0.75 was metabolic body weight ?kg?, and ADG was weight gain everyday?g/d?2. Study on Protein Requirement of Laoshan Dairy Goat in Lactation Period30 Laoshan dairy goats in lactation with an average weight ?53.55±3.09?kg, milk yield ?1.80± 0.19?kg/d, parous ?2times? were used by single-factor randomized design and equally divided into 3 groups and 10 goats per group. Three groups of the experiment were respectively fed consistent protein, fiber, and calcium phosphorus levels, but different energy level ?9.7MJ/kg,10.8MJ/kg and 11.6 MJ/kg?of three kinds of fodder. Body weight, feed intake, milk yield and composition were determined regularly.Result of the research showed that the feed intake was not significantly affected by energy levels ?P>0.05?; With the increase in dietary energy levels, it also significantly increased milk production ?P<0.05?, Milk feed ratio is decreasing ?P<0.05?; Dietary energy levels 9.7MJ/kg group test sheep milk fat content was significantly higher than 10.8MJ/kg and 11.6 MJ/kg group?P<0.05?, Dietary energy levels of milk protein, lactose, non-fat solids and Ash had no significant effect ?P>0.05?. Energy level has a significant impact on the Laoshan dairy goat blood urea nitrogen, albumin, aspartate aminotransferase, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels ?P<0.05?; But have no significant effect on serum alanine aminotransferase activity and total protein and globulin ?P>0.05?.The factorial formulas of energy requirement of Laoshan dairy goat in lactation period as follows:DE ?MJ/d?=0.487W0.75+0.354ADG+6.120MME?MJ/d?=0.394W0.75+0.312ADG+5.281M.In formulas:W0.75 was metabolic body weight?kg?, ADG was weight gain everyday?g/d?and M was milk yield?kg/d?.
