Research mainly include the quick detection paper for TMV in Southern tobacco region of Hunan,the screening and field application of biocontrolBacteria of TMV and the field application of biological preparation of TMV.The main results are as follows:Make one colloidal gold test strip for detecting tobacco mosaic virus which detect quickly. The colloidal gold particles were 20 nm. The optimal protein labeling volume was lml colloidal gold 38 ?g antibody.The limit of the test strip detection is 1000 times dilution of TMV virus liquid.
