This research focused on the law of lignin synthesis, functional components accumulation by spraying GA3 and ETH solution. It can be the theoretical foundation of modern ramie industry which is environmentally friendly, low-lignin, efficient using.The research chose Xiangzhu No.3 as materials firstly, to seek the best regulation concentration combination of GA3 and ETH to the use of feed and fiber. The study on the best concentration combination of GA3 and ETH on 18 ramie germplasm for feed and fiber respectively was carried on.The main results and conclusions are as follows:1. GA3 and ETH can effectively affect the lignin synthesis of ramie, and the best concentration combination ?10mg/L GA3+5 mg/L ETH? for feed utilization among 25 hormone combination was screened out. It had improve the feed value of Xiangzhu No.3 significantly, the lignin content of ground part had a 27.72% reduction.The flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, anthocyanin content were increased 1.47 mg/g,0.09 mg/g and 43.73 ?g/g than CK., increases 39.51%,3.40%,50.12% respectively.2. The best concentration combination for fiber utilization is 50 mg/L GA3+50 mg/L ETH, the agronomic character and fiber composition of Xiangzhu No.3 are improved to a certain extent. The lignin content of Xiangzhu No.3 had a significant 50% reduction, hemicellulose content significantly reduced from 16.22% to 11.48%, cellulose content significantly increased from 64.44% to 71.01%.3. The height, leaf/stem ratio, yield, nutritional quality, lignin content, and secondary metabolites accumulation of 18 ramie germplasm was different by treating with 10 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L ETH. The sensitive degree of different varieties under hormone regulation weren't the same. Huangping Qingma, Dr Zhou sterile lines and Hongpi Xiaoma are sensitive with GA3 and ETH. The lignin content of them had reductions of 36.67%,37.26% and 41.57% compared with CK. respectively The lignin content of other ramie germplasm had non-significant-level changed.4. The results showed that agronomic traits and fiber quality of XiangZhu No.3, Huangping Qingma, Xinmin Jiama, Shaoyang No.12, Kunchi No.1 and Houpizhong No.1 were highly valued with the hormone regulation of 50 mg/L GA3+50mg/L ETH. The effect of agronomic traits and fiber quality was best with 50 mg/L GA3+50 mg/L ETH in Xinmin Jiama whose lignin content decline from 4.63% to 2.28% and fiber fineness decline from 2094 g/m to 2038 g/m.
